Biographical Sketch Dr. David Baskin is President of the Baskin Group, Inc. and a founding principal of Criterion-Integrated Business Solutions, LLC. David has a Ph.D in Behavioral Sciences, achieved from combined attendance at Columbia University and the International University of Graduate Studies, along with three decades of experience; his teaching, mentoring, coaching and consulting has focused on organization and leadership development. Assignments and have included, Merger & Acquisition alignment, divisional and departmental alignment, strategic change, leadership development, and culture change. Clients have included both national and international firms, such as Bear, Stearns & Co., where David also served as a Director from 1986-1994; Turner Construction Company, United States Mint, CH2M Hill, Foundacion Chile, American Airlines, Bristol-Myers Inc, Deloitte Touche, and Ingersoll-Rand. David has worked in various global contexts in countries such as: Chile, England, Tunisia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and the Netherlands. David’s ability to combine his knowledge of behavioral sciences with extensive corporate experience has enabled him to achieve remarkable results with both small and large organizations in the process of transformational changes.
