Divine And
Spiritual Poems
replacement%20image%20for%20page%2011.jpgY ou inspired me to write a book not hard
So I first dedicated it to you my God
This book written so sweet
Always humble at your feet
For you bring the impossible to pass
Every beginning better in last
Nothing I can do without you
May every word I write please you
All my blessings are coming through
So again I thank and praise only you
Elise Duncan
Healing Words
O h those words could bring a healing
Like waters that bring a cleansing
Today let there be a healing by the word
Nothing’s impossible or absurd
Let words be spoken to save the soul
Now let it cleanse and make whole
To give hope against hope I pray
As we value each moment and day
Words to comfort in the time of need
Words to give victory to succeed
Words to turn the circuits back to good
That all things be exactly the way it should
Words to heal now on this day
To give hope that will sustain us always
Elise Duncan
Decisions We Make
T he decisions that we make must be owned
No blaming others we must stand alone
No more children who can be tossed about
We can’t lie our way out
So if Joe jumps off the bridge, will you?
You can’t come back and say sorry I didn’t mean to
No
