About this ebook

On a hot summer day in 1958, Sharon Buffkin was born on a tobacco farm in Southeast North Carolina.
With pen in hand she discovered
writing poetry was her hide away
that only her heart could know.
Sharon is married with
two grown boys of her own,
and through the years of
raising her children,
she has come to the
understanding the only
way to see and understand
life is to focus on the simple
things that stumble our way.
Through her God-given talent, Sharon is able to share
all those little things that are overlooked with her
inspirational book of poetry, influenced by her life in the
rural south....

    ~INTRODUCTION~

    In everything we do

A plan is in the works

    From starting our day early

To falls when we get hurt!

    Though we don’t understand

How each one comes in form

    Our patience is a virtue

To be followed with the storms.

To close our eyes in prayer

    To whom we allow control

It too is with a plan

    The story has been told.

So in this book I write

How all things come to pass

While books are good for learning

It’s prayer and love that last!
