Firstly, I thank God for giving me the gifts that He declared fitting for me. For many years I wasn’t aware of my gift(s). I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life, nor did I recognize my talents or my purpose on earth. Then, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I discovered my love of writing. This didn’t come through any sudden revelation, or voice, or vision. It was a combination of things that happened very gradually, and gently ingeniously, so you know you’re being developed according to a plan superior to anything you could ever have dreamed up.

Years ago, Carrie Alexander, a long-time friend of mine, asked me periodically to help her fill out job applications, and write her resumes. She would tell me how good I was at putting words together. I didn’t think much of it then, except as her way
