They have not lost weight because they have been lied to. Obesity is big business. The weight loss experts do not want you to lose weight. They want you to keep on buying diet food and diet pills, so they are doing everything they can to keep you fat. The food processors take the nutrition out of your food and put stuff in it to make you hungry, so your body is always starved of nutrition. This causes you to eat more useless food and put on more fat.

    Think about it. How long have you been using 2% milk. Has it caused you to lose any weight? No ! You are just as fat as ever! What about the margarine you have used instead of butter? Did it do any good? Then there is the jug of water that you faithfully sucked on. Our bodies are bout 80 % water and you just kept adding to it. How much weight did diet food remove?

    The biggest lie is about the diet pills. There is no such thing as a pill that will cause you to lose weight without doing serious damage to your body, especially if you continue to eat like you are doing.
