Crystal Reign Brock
Crystal Reign Brock was born in Michigan. As a little girl Crystal was intrigued by words. Her favorite past time was to read. At an early age she became interested in performance art due to watching the Public Broadcast Channel. The station also peaked her interest in fine literature. This was further heightened by her fourth grade teacher who read Edgar Allen Poe’s “The Raven” one day. After that she sought out fine literature, which lead to her other first loves Shakespeare and Hawthorne. At the age of eighteen she moved to New York where she obtained her Bachelors in Fine Arts from Pace University. Four years ago she returned to Michigan and has been active in the poetry and acting community. She wrote, produced, and directed the play “Listening Between the Lines.” Past work includes a film called “Politics as Usual” by Shawn Woodard, a monologue show titled “The Mocha Monologues.” Not only does she write but is quite the entrepreneur. She has been the mistress of ceremonies for Allen Temple CME Church’s Men’s Ministries Anointing Ceremony, and performed at Salem Memorial Church Voter Registration Rally. Crystal is building her own Theatre Company/Live Entertainment Company. She wants to create and revitalize, not tear down, which is part of Free Flow Poetry’s mission statement. Crystal is currently working on new plays. Crystal Reign Brock currently resides in Michigan where she plans on building her dream, her own theatre.

My Mother for being my rock.
My Father for being there to listen.
I also want to dedicate this book to those who had
