T his book is dedicated to my 2 precious, beautiful daughters Danielle and Corinne who are the sparkling joys of my life. You both mean more than the world to me. I love you both so very much.

I feel honored and blessed to present Divine Dimensions: Expressions In Daily Life.

    Explanation of Title: A Gazebo

    48576.png

T his page was written for all those who may be wondering why I choose a Gazebo for my front cover design. It is my pleasure to tell you why. The most poignant and simplest reason is that I am always captured in time when I see a Gazebo!

As you may already know, a gazebo transcends well beyond its picturesque beauty observed from the onlooker. The Gazebo’s inherent symbolism conveys a feeling of serenity that facilitates the openness necessary for self- reflection, access to one’s inner wisdom and the ability to renew from a deep wellspring of eternal inspiration. These are the specific qualities that illustrate why I choose this cover because they illuminate the Divine Dimensions that expand throughout the themes of this book.

Do keep in mind that the essential feature of the gazebo is that it is associated with a special, magical space where you may feel connection and re-energize as you embrace all of nature’s peace that surrounds you. Typically the gazebo is set in a tranquil setting. It is an elegant free- standing structure that provides a simple source of shelter. Although many design forms exist, particularly the classic octagonal style, they all nevertheless enhance a sense of relaxation and the capacity for purposeful intention.

The word origin for gazebo is said to be unknown, though we have known such literature relating to gazebos trace back several millennia. Traditional linguists speculate that the word gazebo was derived from the root to gaze thereby lending itself to the process of gazing outward toward nature’s beauty. The mind, body, spirit has an opportunity to reintegrate as you consciously take breathes of fresh air, while gazing outward helps clear the mind to enhance spontaneous self- awareness.

For me the gazebo is a beautiful place that not only helps me center myself, it also activates my feelings, especially my courage to dream! Just five or ten minutes of solitude spent in this sacred moment helps me realign back into my heartfelt core essence. I always feel an encompassing grace when I simply see a gazebo.

I think you would agree that there’s nothing better than creating new perspective when life seems challenging. This is what has the power to transform anything and everything, which is why you just may consider taking some time to retreat in your favorite gazebo.

    Namaste,

    Moreen

    Foreword

    48578.png

T his book is an enlightening spiritual guide for developing self- awareness through the courage to work within the deepest of all realms, that of our very being. For are we not all seekers of truth? Don’t we all desire the means to contend with difficulties and whatever else confronts us? If not, such acceptance or denial only serves to maintain the status quo, however painful that may be, since that is what we know. The inevitable result is that we find false comfort in the familiarity of things as they are, and sacrifice our true potential.

For the inquisitive, the brave and those seeking more, the author provides opportunities and lessons to do the work that best ensures personal growth, spiritual development and a complete healing experience.

With the word, as with an artist’s palate, Ms. DuFermont passionately and eloquently reaches out to all, painting thought provoking spiritual ideas with ever emerging insight towards divine and practical solutions for individual life circumstance.

Promoting self-healing and self-actualization are the foundation for existential bliss.

Through Divine Dimensions, hers is the sincerest of paths to which we move toward TIKKUN OLAM, translated as the repair of the world. With her unique touch, she paves the way for a healthier life and expresses herself with humility in ways that can bring us all closer with a strong faith for the future.

    Introduction

    48574.png

F irst I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for your interest in this book! I invite you to take a leisurely journey into and for yourself with a candid open heart.

It is an honor for me to express my gratitude for the committed faith that has allowed this book to develop into its natural form, that is, of course, through the grace of Divine Dimensions.

Personally, this book means a great deal to me because it was written during an emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually challenging time in my life. This writing journey has helped benefit me by the synchronous messages that I am privileged to share to assist those to replenish and revitalize a wounded soul- or for anyone seeking a more satisfying life.

It seems that the planting and incubation of these spiritual ideas remained dormant for quite a long while. They have finally crystalized as the time became ripe for their manifestation. Throughout this introspective process, I’ve learned how to practice greater patience and mindfulness as I’ve allowed divine inspiration to guide my inner essence with this unfolding vision that I feel so very blessed to share with like-minded seekers.

My ultimate goal as you read this mind, body, spirit food for the soul book is that you too will feel moved by your own heartfelt intentions so that you may actualize into your highest potential, specifically what I refer to as your self- signature.

The origin of this book began as a collection of articles that were individually published on SelfGrowth.com, the #1 Self-Improvement website founded by David Riklan, with the exception of the article entitled Watch The Birds Fly that was written with use of poetic license. These articles have spontaneously emerged as a sacred expression of meditative self- insightful resources, now composed in book format for diverse application. As each article was written, for the sake of itself, I soon realized its evolution into an inspirational book. It became clearer to me that the underlying intention was to do more than just inspire the reader’s heart and soul, it was to take the reader back into their sacred self, as this writing process has done so for me.

Divine Dimensions: Expressions in Daily Life embodies a spirited usefulness that is valuable to a diverse professional audience as well as for a wide range of personal application. Some of the most apropos practitioners to potentially benefit from this material includes, though is not limited to: A broad array of Counselors, Psychotherapists, Coaches, Caregivers, Nurses, Naturopaths, Energy Workers, Medical Intuitives, Clergy, Hospice Care, Chiropractors, Medical Doctors, Professors, Earth Movement advocates as well as any individual going through a major transition of any kind.

As so many of us have participated in this fast-pace progressive social awareness, we know that research literature continues to provide astounding evidence that spurs the importance of Spirituality as a mainstream movement of the times. In fact, this body of knowledge is really nothing new at all since Eastern philosophy has been with us since ancient years well before we even began the use of conventional medicine. It has become an integral mainstay of the holistic paradigm in all healing modalities/ and or personal transformation.

It’s essential to keep the benefits of a Mind/Body/Spirit practice clearly in mind! As integrative medicine has provided empirical, supportive evidence that the mind and body are truly intertwined at the deepest levels, beyond what we can even possibly begin to imagine. Some of the incredible advantages for integrating spiritual principles include the miraculous capacity for healing, increased ability to overcome fear, the improved ability for stress management, as well as for self-growth through any type of major change, loss, suffering, or illness. The bottom line is that Spirituality is an inherent aspect of our birthright; so it behooves us to collectively increase public awareness in order to nurture ourselves and realize the enormous promise it offers humanity.

The guiding framework of Divine Dimensions has emerged as a backbone of guiding principles. It is an indispensable body of knowledge that captures themes of present living, embraces our humane spiritual truth, encourages trust in the higher power, as well as mobilizes an invisible, inner strength during difficult times. All in all, these principles engender an inner knowing through metaphor and daily practicality so that you may re-discover your authentic Self
