Have you ever wondered if angels really exist in this day and age? Who really sees or hears them? Have you ever thought: Where are the angels when tragedy strikes? Why is there so much suffering on earth? Why is life so difficult down here?

Hear Their Voices contains twelve different stories addressing current events such as cancer in children, suicide, war, and toxic oceansevents that are in newspapers and on TV. These are the kinds of events that may make you just shake your head, wonder why for a second, and say that is a tragedy.

The twelve stories were channeled to the author by different angels. The names of each angel appear in the story which that angel dictated. Each story addresses an event with an explanation of what is occurring spiritually. The stories also emphasize that everyone is capable of conversing with the angels when we let them into our hearts.

Theresa Marie Orecchia was widowed at the age of twenty-five having lost her husband, Ed Northup, in the Vietnam war. She worked to reclaim her life by turning to the angels for support and guidance. She graduated from the University of Delaware, West Virginia University, and Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy. She is a registered pharmacist in the states of Colorado, Delaware, Florida, and Illinois. Theresa retired from the pharmacy profession in 2013 and presently resides in Wilmington, Delaware and Jensen Beach, Florida with her husband, Michael.

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK the angels for their never-ending love and guidance throughout this manuscript as well as throughout my life. I laugh many times when I get stuck on a problem and work on it for an extended period of time and then, when totally frustrated, I ask the angels to please help me out. Inevitably, my problem would be solved in a matter of minutes! One snowy day I decided to take a short cut around traffic that was backed up because of the snow conditions. Of course, I got stuck and the more I tried to maneuver the car to get it to go straight, the more the car skidded and was headed for the front porch of a nearby house. Frustrated, I hollered very loudly – Get Me Out Of Here! Immediately, the back of my car lifted up and pointed me in the right direction. I felt the car being pushed up the hill until I was able to get the car grounded on dry surface. So, I thank you angels from the bottom of my heart for sticking with me even when I holler at you.

I would like to thank my nephew and artist, Ron F. Sill for the graphics and covers for this manuscript. I would also like to thank him for his time and very helpful ideas that made it easier to organize my material.

DEDICATION

TO MY PARENTS, MARY A Donovan Spittle and Robert W Spittle, whose wisdom and love taught me about the love of God and how He shines forth when a soul walks with Him. They also taught me how hard it is to stay with God, how life throws you many curve balls to deter you from that path. Mom would always say, give it to the angels, or talk to God about it. And I know that she did. As I grew older, I could see many of her petitions to God get answered. I would ask, did you talk to God about that? She always answered yes. So the seed was set in my early years to remember to turn to God and the angels not only when life got tough but to thank them daily for my life.

INTRODUCTION

DID YOU EVER GET THE feeling or flash to change your course of action? To make a right turn while driving instead of going straight only to go five miles out of your way. When you realized your error, a flash comes to you of the thought you had when you chose to go straight. Have you ever had an overwhelming feeling to cancel an upcoming trip yet you ignored it, only to have everything possible go wrong for you – plane delay, luggage lost, hotel did not receive your reservation and they are booked? It seems to go on and on. Pay attention to these feelings – we are trying to help you. There are times when what you decide is not what you should be doing at that time in your life. When you move off your written destiny, life becomes difficult for you and we angels work very hard to help you move back onto your written path. So we send you messages, signs and signals, anything to get your attention. We want you to stop and ask yourself what is going on with your life. Think about your life right now – are you meeting people who constantly seem to lead you into depressing and difficult situations, are your co-workers constantly criticizing you, are you unhappy with yourself – this list can go on and on. We angels are surrounding you, trying to get your attention so we can help you. But you must be aware of the messages we send, the signs we send. They are there but you are not seeing or hearing them. So what do you do, you are thinking. First, stop feeling sorry for yourself – ‘o woe is me’ attitude will get you nowhere. You will hear and see nothing with that attitude. Listen when you get a repeating thought or word. For example, if the thought to call someone keeps repeating in your head – pick up the phone and call. You will not know why immediately but as the steps fall into place that we have planned for you, the
