Foreword to the edition
by Virginie Kernaonet
Although the author has written more than a hundred books on different topics and in various styles, this book is very different from all the others. It is made up of micro stories where the themes are diverse: fantastic stories, social, psychological, educational, metaphysical, fictional or real.
When I asked him, How did the idea of writing this book come about?
The author replied, I wanted to write stories that were not just stories, but extraordinary stories.
Each story has a message to decipher, although each reader will find their own reflection.
What do they have in common? They are revulsive, annoying, irritating, provocative, infuriating, even ironic at times. In this way, the author appears as an agitator who will manage to shake us, confuse us, provoke a convulsion in our mind. All this for our good, to transform our reason, considering, above all, that the author is a professional coach.
Each reader will take an active role. At first it may surprise us, but we will be trapped in search of the message, as it would happen in a puzzle. It is an invitation to reflect on very deep thoughts, where Miguel challenges our intelligence and our intuition.
In the story ‘The Alien’, a being from another world arrives on Earth after a technical breakdown and conquers the territory. Do we have to accept the unforeseen circumstances in our life? Not leaving our comfort zone. Living in the present?
How could the life of a conscious man be? There are so many divisions, so many conflicts in our world that we ask ourselves. What prevents us from living in harmony in our current society? Who are the crazy people? Do we have to change society or change ourselves? Questions that we will ask ourselves in the story ‘The Revolution of the Madmen’. Religion has always been a source of conflict. Are we free to think for ourselves? Is God just an object of worship? Who is he? Is he so far from us? And if he does exist, why is there so much suffering in our world? Why act by doing good? Is God just and good at the same time?
Why is life infinite and evolutionary? What is there before and after our life? How to reach a higher state? These will be questions that we will discover in the audacious answer of ‘A Restless
