About this ebook

This book is a collection of ideas that I found through the musical greats of Hip Hop. As a young man I struggled through out life and when things seemed dark, I turned to music. I was depressed after losing sight in my left eye and the Law of Attraction was something that gave me hope. As I started using it daily, I found that highly successful people were using the Law of Attraction in their music and lyrics. I became obsessed with the search for truth. This book is a record of my findings and connections to source energy. I hope it inspires you and helps you connect the dots. You can achieve anything with faith and hard work.

I would like to take this moment to thank the almighty. The energy that guides every single action I take. I would love to etch my mother and father’s names in stone but for now an E book will do. To Irma Mercado and Jose Rivera, you have been the light in this life of mine and without you, I am nothing. Thank you always and forever. I live to make you both proud. To my wonderful sister, Jessica Quinones, I love your mind and your insatiable search for knowledge. Your natural curiosity has always been something I have learned to both emulate and respect. Thank you. To my wonderful partner, my heart chakra, and my forever…Jennifer Rios. You have been an amazing person to help weather the storms. You love me when it is not easy to do and most importantly you tell me when I am wrong. You teach me patience, how to LISTEN, and how to be a good man. I will always be here for you.

To my niece and nephew, I hope you know your uncle loves you and he wishes to pass down a legacy to you both. I may not have children in this lifetime, but you are both loved like my own. Juliette if anything happens to me, keep creating. Julian when the time is right, I will pass on something to you more precious than money. I am always here for you.

To those that believed in me:

To Ms. Chia my high school teacher that saw potential in me when I could not.

To Damon Avinger: You are my brother and steal sharpens steal. Love you Big Sexy.

To Mr. Muhammed: Your knowledge, our how you like to say our knowledge has changed my life. Thank you for answering all my questions.

To all the teachers that have saved me…Just thank you! When I say teachers, I am not talking about teachers in the professional capacity. I am talking about teachers of the soul. You have all added a piece to this puzzle I call life.

TO the people reading this today…every single word is carved in love. Please take what you can from it.

    Introduction

Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit. - Napoleon Hill. I believe every experience leads to the soul’s purpose, if one chooses to accept instead of resist. If we resist what life hands us, we can’t discover the direction life is pointing us in.  One of my purposes is to write this book.

This book is meant to be a collection of thoughts all leading to the same truth. I cannot make you see this truth nor can I make you live this truth. I am merely an emissary, a vessel, and a representative of this information. I do not own nor create information; I learn it through the source and pass it on. I will reference this law later on during our time together but the law of least resistance states that nature flows with the least effort. In other words, it doesn’t resist what it is. It flows. Information is given freely here, so data and information flows to me in the same manner.

The words in this document are meant to awaken the connection to the source. The universal. So that once awakened, we can live the lives we deserve to live; a scaturient life where we can enjoy our precious time on this planet, while living a fulfilled life and a gratuitous, giving life. Cornucopian lifestyles of love. A frequency of giving and attracting everything we need and want. For this to happen, society needs to evolve collectively. We need to reach a higher frequency. This place is not physical, this place is a plane of existence reachable through proper mental exercises, a relaxed body, and the proper distribution of breath/energy. Here, they are one in the same.

Every verse will serve as a reminder of this truth. I will refer to other highly recommended texts that helped me discover this truth. The truth that the human is a magnet that creates his/her life through their predominant thought patterns. A man's mind may be likened to a garden, which may be intelligently cultivated or allowed to run wild; but whether cultivated or neglected, it must, and will, bring forth. If no useful seeds are put into it, then an abundance of useless weed seeds will fall therein and will continue to produce their kind.

― James Allen, As a Man Thinketh or

Mark 11:24 New International Version (NIV)

24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it

will be yours. Or Your thoughts become things! ―Rhonda Byrne, The Secret

Proverbs 12:11 New International Version (NIV)

11 Those who work their land will have abundant food,

but those who chase fantasies have no sense."

    (Tobe Nwigwe) Sway Freestyle

"They peep the glory of my landscape and still be mad

Cuz they be out here planting seeds too

they just don’t Till the grass

Feel the wrath of the one with vision you need a scope for"

Now I am excited to discuss these laws through the lens of Hip-Hop. Let us see what the greats have to say about the law of attraction and other powerful ideologies.

    Songs, lyrics, interpretation, and artists.

1.)      Forever. Drake, Kanye West, Lil Wayne.

Lil Wayne: "And I will never stop like I'm runnin' from the cops

Hop up in my car and told my chauffeur, To the top!

Life is such a fuckin' roller coaster, then it drops

But what should I scream for? This is my theme park (I control the show/my mind creates brilliance)

My mind shine even when my thoughts seem dark."

In the song Forever, Lil Wayne explains that his success will never stop. He gives us an inside view of his thought process. He goes on to say, I told my driver to go to the top, in other words I only see success. Life is such a fuckin" roller coaster then it drops, references life’s many twist and turns to get to our soul’s authentic purpose. But what should I scream for? This is my theme park...It’s evident that Lil Wayne references his ability to control his mind and thoughts and subsequently his life. Lil Wayne makes it flow full circle when he says my mind shines even when my thoughts seem dark. In other words, my subconscious has been trained to create even when I may not be in the best of moods.

2.) Juicy. Biggie. "It was all a dream, I used to read Word Up! magazine

Salt-n-Pepa and Heavy D up in the limousine

Hangin' pictures on my wall (vision board)

This one is a bit more straightforward. Biggie is saying that before he manifested his reality it was all a dream. But this is more evidence of the law of attraction even if biggie isn't using it consciously. Here he’s saying that he’s using creative visualization to create what he wants to see. Details are important for manifesting. A person must feel the emotions of the desired outcome. Feeling the vibration of whatever, it is that you want, aligns the body with the frequency of your dream. If you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand….

In this section, Hill states numerous times, why you will materialize that for which you have a burning desire. You have to make sure you have a clear mental picture (or physical) and look at it and feel the emotions you would have if you were already there. Do this several times per day to properly ingrain it in your mind!

Hanging pictures on my wall is BIG using a vision board.  A vision board is basically a detailed depiction of what someone wants, using different materials. My vision board has a check for 200,000 dollars, a reminder to meditate, a picture of flowers. My vision board has become my life. My vision board has extended past one room, every room that I have the pleasure of joining becomes my vision board.

    3.) My Band. Eminem/D12.

Swifty McVay: "See, I know how to rap, it's simple, but

All I did was read a Russell Simmons book

So I'm more intact, tryin' to get on the map

Doing jumping jacks while getting whipped on my back."

Russell Simmons is a producer and an author, his most famous books are guides on how to achieve something like reaching success through meditation or on how to keep a vegan diet so Swifty is being ironic saying that he learned how to rap reading a book, and that’s obviously not true. (Source Rap Genius.)

When I first found this quote I was skeptical, I wanted to make sure it was right for this book. So I did some research and most of Russel Simmons books are about self improvement and meditation, which leads me to believe that Swifty McVay was saying that he learned how to silence the mind before he could perfect his skillset. I’m more intact, He’s feeling more centered.

4.) Successful. Drake and Trey Songz. [Verse 2: Trey Songz]

I want the money, money, money, I want a whole lot of that

Cause all the honey's, they ask me where the dollars at

Where your head at? Tell me 'bout your scholar cap

Tryna find a way, but you never got a map

    Dream chaser, risk taker

    No favor, don't hate us

They might want me to drown

Holdin' me down but the throne and the crown

Is all I ever wanted, all I ever needed

If I'm the only one then don't nobody else believe it

Then keep it a secret and watch me achieve it

Cause I know what I want now!

So if you want the money, if you gotta make it

You the only one and don't nobody else believe it

Then tell 'em to beat it and watch you achieve it

I love this one. This one is clear. Trying to find a way to my goals, but it is a search within not an external scavenger hunt. Risk taker, shout to Napoleon Hill and Think and Grow Rich, where Hill talks about burning the bridge and going for it. Hill talks about faith and desire, and a man must have a burning desire to accomplish his goals. I know Trey is most likely talking about success when he says I want the throne and the crown, but the crown is a chakra. A chakra is an energy portal. I will find more evidence
