About this ebook
Follow Zora Briar, a witch of the woods. Some say she is of a Fae nature. One who respects the Sidhe, fairy folk of old. She is a great healer and cures the sick, especially children. These are stories of her travels from place to another. Then there are those who want to burn her at the stake. As kind and loving as this beautiful red haired witch may be. It is unwise to incur her wrath.

Been my life long dream to publish my works and finally I can do this at a cost I can afford. My name is... you will figure it out. It will not be that hard. It will be super easy and barely an... never mind! So, where was I? Welcome to my Derangement! I write Horror, Fantasy, and blend the genres together. There will be plenty of romance and erotica. My demented mind shall come up with the most shocking yet well told stories as possible. There is poetry to read and song lyrics. Rants and ravings of madness to be had. Join me on my journey into the Abyss! Find that spark of light in the darkness of the void. Share my pain and hunger. My happiness and laughter. My sorrow as it reaps out our hearts and brings tears like rainfall. Deep running Peace to you!

I dedicate this book to Zora Cock and the rest of the band members of Blackbriar;
Your music, not only has it inspired these stories, but also inspires me to write.
~
I dance around the bonfire in the moonlight;
I cast my spells in the fire’s might.
Blessed be the witch in me;
Forever is my soul, indeed!

Risen from the Stake!
I'd rather go to the stake.
I'd rather burn, oh I'd rather burn.
But know I'll return, and I'll be dead awake.
I'll be dead awake, rising from the stake.
-Blackbriar, I’d Rather Burn
Led by chains, shackled to her wrists and neck. She was dragged along to the village square. She fell to the ground and had to be forced back up. They gave a yank on the chains which made her stumble some more. They continued to tug on her chains as she walked. She did not resist. There was no point. She never spoke or looked at anyone. She kept her head down and eyes averted.
They had brought her across the square to the stake where they shackled her. Wood was stacked in a large, heaped pile. They planned on burning a witch this night. There had been no trial just a sentence. She was found guilty. They did not need a reason. It was just done. No crowd would be here to watch the burning. It was not allowed. They made the laws to suit their own needs, so things went their way.
There were a few people hidden about and watching from nearby windows. A priest murmured a prayer to save her soul. In
