I wrote this book to share some of my earlier life experiences leading up to the present. I am the oldest of five siblings––three brothers and one sister. I have worn a few hats in my time, I still do. My prayer is that as you read this book, you will find something in it that will be helpful to your life.

This book is dedicated to my husband of 61 years, Bishop Nathaniel Edwards Sr. and our five loving children: Nathaniel Jr., Lois, Deborah, Joseph, and David. To the memory of my wonderful mother, Emma Furlow, and my precious siblings: Philip Jr. (deceased), Bosie, Earl, and Mary.

I also want to acknowledge and thank the members of the Salisbury and Baltimore Tabernacle of Prayer churches for their love, prayers, and support over the years.
