I was born on October 9, 1941 at Fort Jackson located in South Carolina, a major training center to this day for the United States Army. My father had shipped out before my birth pursuant to his duties in the South Pacific, in leading-edge electronics and radio communications for the United States Army Signal Core. The happiest days of my life were my preschool years i.e. (1st picture) growing up in a suburbs of Savannah, Georgia? Both with our vivid imaginations my friend and I reenacted a scene from a cowboy movie of the day where a smoke screen was created to escape the attacking bad guys using our family dog (our horse) to pull a long, long rope which attached to an oily rag which we then set a flame. It was then our dog (Butch) thought the burning rag was chasing him and thus we torched a very large number of straw fields, common to the area. The rope finally broke free from Butch whom we recovered and headed for our tree house hide away realizing by that time with the all the fire trucks, our mothers had an all points search going for our little behinds. Jumping now to 17 years later in 1958 while still in high school as a senior class student I joined the Georgia National Guard. I was released from the guard to enter the United States Air Force in 1959. I served in SAC during the cold war period which included the Cuban Missile Crisis 1959 -1963.

Fifteen being 8 + 7 as well as 3 x 5, it may also include a reference to resurrection, as being a special mark of the energy of Divine grace issuing in glory.

This German surname of KOBBE was derived amazingly from the Hebrew given name Yaakov, via the Latin Jacobus. In the Bible this is the name of the younger twin brother of Esau who took advantage of the lack of hunger and impetuousness to persuade him to part with his birthright ‘for a mess of potage’. The name is traditionally interpreted as coming from Hebrew AKEV (heel) and Jacob is said to have been born holding on to Esau’s heel. The name has travelled widely and the principal forms of the given name in major European languages are JACOB, JACQUES, GOACOVO, GIACOPO, KOOP, KOEPKE, HUPKA, KUBICA

and IACOPO, to name but a few. Throughout Eastern Europe Jewish forms of the name were extremely common, ranging from Yaakov to Jankl. The first hereditary surnames on German soil are found in the second half of the 12th century, slightly later than in England and France. However, it was not until the 16th century that they became stabilized. The practice of adopting hereditary surnames began in the southern areas of Germany, and gradually spread northwards during the Middle Ages.

I have learned much, because I seek the truth of this event Therefore, I dare to discuss with you, the thoughts and findings of my heart as I seek the truth and significance of this event. The organized church has reacted as if I am in error, a foolish overzealous convert to the Lords church, yet, I know what I know, and Heavenly Father must have a plan that will reveal itself in his own due time. Do I believe God, or do I believe man? A paradox with eternal implications requires patience, prayer, patience and then more prayer. Thus, here we stand today, seven months away from the 17th anniversary of this event, and again I believe by providence, exercising our free agency, praying each day, not my will, but his will be done.

I was revisited by the Spirit October 1st and 2nd 2011 with the message that time has run out for those responsible for keeping it from you.

Deep within my heart and my mind this book is my story as to who I am and how I got where I am in my life. Through the grace of God, the Holy Spirit of promise and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This Book is intended to introduce you to the event that resulted in Algorithm # 7.

Life – Early Years

Life – After Military

After my tour in the military, I returned to civilian life as a production process operator by day, while attending college classes by night an effort spanning over ten years. During this period, I qualified for and obtained my professional Engineering license from two states. My career has involved me in positions requiring process operations, swing shifts, and meeting manufacturing specifications, testing in a lab environment several days a week. I have held many positions during my career from online operations, event scheduling to shift Supervisor. Planned and supported plant shut downs and startups. With a sound basis in production and operations my career moved into design engineering and process applications design and later into management. Among these management positions was Vice President for a small engineering and construction firm in Atlanta, Georgia. In this position, I supervised directed and developed internal procedural changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, of human resources, and administrative staff of the company. I have functioned as the Chief Engineer.

Of a company where I setup design and engineering controls to assure the profitability and improvement of controls and schedule for all projects within the house and sought in the immediate future. I have functioned as the Department Chief for Control Systems Engineering for two major firms. I have also performed the job functions of project manager for both firms. Prior to management positions, I held title and responsibility as lead field and project startup engineer for numerous engineering project startups for clean water plants for city water, paper production, newspaper, gift box, toilet and tissue products, tea bag paper, photo film, and food products. I have worked closely with crafts and trades to develop concepts resulting from R&D to working equipment. From 1965 to 1976, my business career was concentrated in the design engineering, hands on positions, of the profession. I held senior lead positions as my knowledge and skills increased with experience. I had responsibility for instrumentation systems installation, checkout and startup management, and customer support.

In 1977, I started active participation in the initial efforts of technology research as well as the engineering design and development technology which continues today, slowly, on a proprietary concept from prototype model, of a proofed system, including scheme implementation plans for key control strategies resulting in a reliable final manufactured product. I have obtained three United States patents in pursuit of this technology. All the projects that I designed, installed and supervised met both cost and predefined implementation goals. Throughout my business career I have had profit and loss responsibility, as well as operations and direct sales experience. I [semi- retired] in 2002. I share this with you to show my primary day to day life have been in science involving physics and engineering skills. The spiritual events of July 1997 came totally unexpected. As a Registered Professional Engineer, I have always had to be responsible for my doings for the safety of my fellow man. The rebuke of this event by the sitting church authority was also unexpected and personally very painful. I have prayed and continued my efforts humbly in the hope that by hearing you will be in awe and agree with me that no man could accomplish this without divine intervention.

Life – Faith

As to my faith I was born the third son of my mother who frequented the Methodist Church and my father the Lutheran Church. After his return from World War II in the South Pacific, he seldom attended services and eventually over time completely abstained. I attended services with my mother until my mid-teens. I was not satisfied and felt I needed more in my faith and became Roman Catholic where I was satisfied for twenty-four years but with the maturity of life brings with it realities and trials. I found myself denied from the practice of my faith by tenet and the catechism of the church. Approximately nine years later I was baptized and married in the Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. My wife and young adult children enjoyed our participation in the church tenets and social activities and interface with the congregation members. I am presently a High Priest in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS).

My faith has increased but my progress slowed due to a religious event which I reported through the proper channel protocols of the church to the authorities sitting in the and highest offices of the faith. After their review which never included speaking to me personally, I came to be advised the authorities were indifferent to my claims and I was not to mention them to the church congregation in testimony or discussion on church properties placing me and my soul in a paradox, do I believe GOD, or do I believe man. I still believe a status we have held and has prevailed over my testimony before the church. After sixteen years this pasted July 2013 and current events in our country and the world, and after much prayer I am writing this book of the works I believe God blessed me in July 1997 to accomplish. A reveal of his works to aide all followers of Jesus Christ in receiving redemption and salvation for the world through his great and marvelous works which he has done by his on hand. I am ONLY a steward for these reveals which occurred in July 1997 and I am pursuing the ends of these efforts to make them known to the world.

It was twenty years ago this past July 2017…

This whole matter began in my conscious mind when on July 17, 1997 with my faith not being on my mind; an acquaintance (with a first name of David) in and automobile repair shop approached me with a question about quantum physics. Knowing that I was a Professional Engineer, he reasoned that I might be able to answer a few basic questions he had on the subject. After some technical discussions and having answered his questions to the best of my ability our discussion took a new path which seemed to me a bit odd. He told me of some happenings and presented me with a paper on which was written a verse. It struck me at the time that the writing was not recognizable as scripture but none the less of apparent profound origin. He asked me what I thought of the writings and asked me to see if they were scripture or even close. I checked the verse against scripture on the computer and could not find anything even promising. I pondered this for several days and returned to speak to him again on July 21, 1997 and he again presented me with writing. I asked him where they came from and he said I jot them down as they come into my head. I asked him why he was bringing these writings to me. He said, he did not know why, but he knew he was supposed to tell these things to me. He was now becoming somewhat agitated. I asked him was there anything else that he was supposed to tell me that he had not written down. He said, "Only, that all would be revealed in the circle of the twenty-one stones. Then he asks me to leave him alone about it. He had no idea what it meant, but whatever. Now this man is not of any church active. I have touched on the subject and he rebuked it. He does not wish to discuss it, as it is not for him. I returned to my house wherein my office is and pondered what I had heard and seen. After much consideration of other things, I was about to set it aside when it struck me as a flash that tablets have been in stone for record keeping. Modern Books have TABS; Scriptures have tabs, which mark the Books therein. I opened my New Testament Scriptures and was amazed to find seven tabs each containing three books for a total of twenty-one. I opened my Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Book of Mormon Scriptures and was amazed to find seven tabs each containing three books if you count the D&C 1-49 is a Tab, 50-99 is a Tab, and 100 -138 is a Tab. Further, I was even more amazed. I will remember always the day of July 21, 1997 as a most unusual day when I began to get flashes that were spiritual in nature and these continued up until the night of my actual experience. I had attended our Stake Social earlier in the evening and retired about Midnight July 26, 1997. I was set upon, about 3:00 A.M., half-awake and half-asleep, I became aware of dark forces whirling it seemed, about my head, but most assuredly in my mind and I was so frightened. So much so, that I wanted to call on the LORD immediately, for I knew this was an evil presence I was feeling. I have known the LORD’S PRAYER ever since I was a little boy, so in me frighten state I wanted to pray this prayer as part of my plea for help. My mind was in such disarray that I could not remember the words, only the desire to say them at that very moment. Now terrified, and most assuredly wide-awake, I made my way as quietly as I could down the dark hall of our home. I wanted to take this problem from my bedroom to my home office. I went to my computer where I have a complete set Of LDS Scriptures and quickly sought to look up prayers. As my body trembled and shook I still could not find the LORD’S PRAYER, but I found a list of Names and Prayers to Jesus Christ. The first was ADVOCATE, which I selected. The Prayers of our Lord in Gethsemane appeared on my screen and I received a warmth and loss of the evil presence, being replaced by a feeling of love. My computer begins to behave most strangely when the Prayers of our Lord in Gethsemane appeared on my CRT screen. I was then asked on screen if I would drink from the bitter cup for the LORD? I was asked twice, to which a keyboard yes or no was required.

I answered both times with yes and He is revealing himself as Jesus Christ conversed with me in my mind as my body trembled and shook and after a time my computer screen revealed a sequence of how to discern the compiled scriptures. He said in this sequence he would speak to us anew. I was to compile the New Testament and the Book of Mormon and take them to my Bishop, which I did in six days. I had no visual contact with anyone or thing, only a strong presence of love for me and all true believers in Jesus Christ’s gospel and true church. I know what happened to me and I only wish us to receive all the blessings our father in heaven has prepared for us. In professing our faith, I feel we must be careful not to overlook major blessings as mere chance or coincidence. I know that all the scriptures revealed to us and those given in the D&C to the Prophet Joseph Smith, Jr. were from the Lord.

These compiled versus yield a new works of the LORD written of his own finger for the salvation of all his children. When this event occurred in our home July 1997 the first two sections (The Bible New Testament (KJV) & The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Church Book of Mormon) were to be done immediately and the third (Old Testament) could be done at my own pace. I stopped work on everything and began the work, awakened each morning at three o’clock AM and rolled out of bed in a position of prayer. I say again that I delivered the first two sections to my Bishop in six days. Remember, I wrote not one word in any of the books. They were all compiled under the influence of the Holy Spirit of Promise over a period of six days. My family and a few close friends have witnessed this event and we all stand in awe of the Lord. Neither the Bishop nor the Stake President has allowed me to bear my testimony concerning this matter. I believe there are only two churches on the face of the earth and they are the church of the Devil and the church of Jesus Christ, which means that all who accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior are members of the body of Christ as Denominations are only degrees or levels of enlightenment. However, I continue steadfast in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Church as I believe I am here but by the will and Grace of God to effect the fulfillment of prophecy.

After many sessions and meetings with my stake president everything was returned to me declaring I had no authority to receive this material for the church. I have held my place and continued my duties within the church. Asking the Lord each night to guide me and in his due time to show me his will as it is to be done. The rest of the works are to remain sealed on my shelf until the Lord’s own due time. These works join the stick of Joseph and the stick of Judah to be offered back to the Lord as his Perfect Scepter. To those who read or listen to this my personal testimony, May the Lord speak to you with clarity, may your ears hear, and your eyes see and may the will of our Lord and Savior be done on earth as it is in heaven. I witness to you that God Lives, that Jesus is the Christ, our promised Lord and Savior. As sure as I am that Heavenly Father Lives and Jesus is the Christ, this event occurred for a reason and until my last breath, I will pray, I will listen, and I will study, ever seeking to understand what has happened and why? I have learned much, because I seek the truth

Now with this printed, I again wait for the word on how to proceed with the remainder of my life. For my peace of mind and in faith, I continue to place this matter in the hands of the Lord. I continue to scratch out a living while proceeding ever so slowly with my engineering research now in its thirty-fifth year and have come to learn that the pace of progress in this endeavor is also in the hands of the Lord. It moves forward much like a chain that is being pulled up a hill where by pushing it, is to no avail. Nothing I can do seems to speed things up but, yet I must hold tight to the chain lest I lose the pace of positive progress. As to my research engineering, we wait now for a certain classified material formula to cast the last part of the machine core. This may call for a special group for one year.

I have a few reference writings for you to consider as relates to 1997 event. But first, the basics of the 1997 event, if you consider Book 14 verse 749 names this set of books as Algorithm #7 The first fourteen books. They were compiled using the sequence which I believe to be the Key of David from the Bible (King James Version) The New Testament and the Book of Mormon from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The last seven books were compiled from Jewish Writings of the Old Testament and compiled identically by the same sequence proving in my opinion, they are words of the same Heavenly Father.

Book 1

The BOOK of RUEBEN

1.That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship [is] with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

2.But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

3.If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

4.And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.

5.Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.

6.He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.

7.I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him [that is] from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.

8.And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.

9.I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

46.His head and [his] hairs [were] white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes [were] as a flame of fire;

47.And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

48.And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

49.He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

50.Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast [some] of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

51.But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

52.He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth [it].

53.And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

54.But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.

55.And I will give him the morning star.

56.Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

57.And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;

58.Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

59.And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

60.Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

61.To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

62.And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and [there was] a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.

63.And the first beast [was] like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast [was] like a flying eagle.

64.The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,

65.And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

66.And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

67.And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

68.And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four [and] twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.

69.And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

70.And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

71.And they cried with a loud voice, saying, how long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

72.For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

73.Saying, hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

74.Of the tribe of Simeon [were] sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi [were] sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar [were] sealed twelve thousand.

75.And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

76.And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, these are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

77.For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

78.And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer [it] with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.

79.The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

80.And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

81.And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

82.And the shapes of the locusts [were] like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads [were] as it were crowns like gold, and their faces [were] as the faces of men.

83.And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power [was] to hurt men five months.

84.Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.

85.And thus, I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses [were] as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.

86.Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

87.And cried with a loud voice, as [when] a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.

88.But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

89.And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.

90.And I will give [power] unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

91.And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

92.And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

93.The second woe is past; [and], behold, the third woe cometh quickly.

94.Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.

95.And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven
