About this ebook

This thirty year study of the Tabernacle of Moses, took me into the life of Jesus Christ. I began to see the parallel of the salvation plan along with the tabernacle of Moses come together. I saw where Noah was told by God to build the ark. He was given the measurements and what type of wood to use. This was not random; it was all in the plan of God. Then, he told Jochebed, Moses' mother to make an ark and to lay her son, Moses in the Ark. Then Jesus is the Ark or the Ark of Safety. In the tabernacle of Moses, you will see the cross, the salvation plan, how everything has a meaning and a plan.

I am Sandra K. Crum, I am a Minister of the Gospel, a Teacher of the Gospel, and a Prophet of the Word. I have three children; my oldest is Shellaina Miller, her spouse Tim Miller with three daughters: Chelsea, Maleigha, and Kerri. My second oldest; John Merriman Jr. with his spouse; Jobee and son Ezekiel. Then my youngest is James Merriman with his spouse Sharon, their four children; Passion Rachelle, Suncerah, Archor, and Shiloh. I am blessed to have such a great family.

I was born in Ohio raised up in a little place called North Lewisburg. Mom and Dad raised us girls in church, and we sang and traveled in many states. When I was fourteen, Dad and Mom felt the call of God to move to Delaware, Ohio, then we were asked to sing on the radio this lasted about three years. We saw many souls saved under our ministry of singing. I have travelled throughout Ohio, to minister in song, and word. I raised my children in church from birth. I have two sons who announced their calling at a very young age, my daughter is talented in writing and in singing also. My friend Jay Tackett and I travel where ever the Lord leads us, we Sing and play music, and minister the Word of God. I have seen many miracles throughout my lifetime, especially in my family, my son was deaf till he was nearly four, we prayed for him at the home church the night before he was to be taken to the fifth test to see what could be done. When I took him for the test on a Friday morning, they came out amazed; and said to me something miraculously happened to John, his ears are 100% whole. I told her we prayed last night at church, and we got a miracle. This is just one of the many miracles I have witnessed under my ministry of the Lord in the word, and in song.

I have been writing since I was in junior high school, I wrote a thirty page mystery in English I got an A on it. My teacher wanted me to have it published, for she said I was talented then. I have written songs and also poems, my favorite poem is child’s play. I have played the guitar since I was thirteen, I have always had a desire to read and study the bible as soon as I have learned to read. I have sang since I can remember, my Mother used to rock us girls singing to us, in such a beautiful way you cannot find words to explain.

I would like to thank the Lord God Almighty most of all. The Lord has inspired me to write, to study his word with such a depth. All praise goes to My Lord and Savor first and foremost, who teaches me in His word.

    Introduction

Over the years I have studied on the three tabernacles; I have studied on The Tabernacle of David, the Tabernacle of Solomon, also on the Tabernacle of Moses. Moses’ Tabernacle is where the salvation plan is, the fore-shadow of Jesus Christ the Messiah. I mostly studied on the Tabernacle of Moses, showing he is not only a fore-shadow, but he is of the pattern of things to come. I have heard so many times pastors and layman say they do not understand the Old Testament, not only having trouble understanding, but hard to understand the words in the Old Testament Hebrew and the Greek. The words are hard to understand, for we take for granted what the words mean; to find it does not mean the same in English that is means in the Hebrew or Greek language. The Old Testament is the Hebrew language, The New Testament is the Greek language. Remember to keep in mind that anytime a language is translated into another language sometimes a word suffers, what do you mean suffer? These languages have barriers. It may take three or more words to define the one word which could take away the true meaning. I have done a thorough study over the years. I have looked up the meaning of various words; and their meanings in the Old Testament (Hebrew) and New Testament (Greek).

I will be bringing out the full Salvation Plan through the Tabernacle of Moses. This book will bring out step by step, page by page, scripture by scripture, the Tabernacle of Moses, and how he is the Pattern Son. How you will be able to see Jesus in the Old Testament so plain. The Tabernacle of Moses as it is laid out step by step and you will see the plan of salvation unfolding before your eyes. You will see the cross of Golgotha, where Jesus died.

I am bringing out how the Children of Israel ended up in Egypt; and why they were slaves for four hundred years. God showed Abram in a vision before the birth of Isaac how his seed would end up in bondage through his great grandchildren and through their disobedience; but they would come out with a greater substance than what they came into Egypt with.

I will bring out the promise of a deliverer and how he delivered the Children of Israel out of bondage. We will see where Jesus was promised from Genesis 3:15 to Matthew to redeem the people from their sins. We will also study Moses and how he was called to deliver the Children of Israel out of bondage. We will also learn how everything from before his birth to his death is compared with the life of Jesus Christ.

Genesis means beginning, where Exodus means departure or exit. We will see in Genesis the first recorded prophesy, where it is prophesied of the coming of the Messiah. We will see in Exodus where the prophesy of Abram that was spoken in Genesis 15:12, where Abram was given in a dream or vision of his seed being taken into bondage; and also in Genesis 50:24-25. Where Joseph spoke; when I die, God will take you out of this land, this is beginning to unfold before us in Scripture

    Joseph’s prophesy

    Genesis 50:24-25

And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of the land which I sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

25th And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and he shall carry up my bones from hence.

    Exodus 1:1-11

    Read along if you will.

Now these are the names of the children of Israel which came into Egypt; every man and his household came with Jacob.

5th And all the souls that came out of the loins of Jacob were seventy souls: for Joseph was in Egypt already.

7th And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them.

8th Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph.

10th Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass that, when there falleth out any war, they join against us, and get them up out of the land.

11th Therefor they did set over them taskmaster to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh treasure cities, Pithom and Ra-am’-ses

When Moses left Egypt and went to the back side of the desert, Moses was drawn to the Mountain where he got close to God. God showed Moses the Tabernacle, He gave him instructions how to build it, just as he gave the instruction for Noah to build the ark. I will bring out step by step of the tabernacle with the cross within the tabernacle, how this is the full salvation plan being brought out in the Old Testament. I will also bring out the seven pieces of furniture; and how each piece has a significant meaning to the meaning of numbers and words.

    Chapter 1

    The Dream/Vision of Abram

    Genesis (means the beginning)

    Genesis 12:1-2

Now the Lord said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will tell thee.

2nd And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing.

We see here the beginning of Abram’s journey into the unknown. Can you imagine God telling you that you must leave your hometown where you were born and raised? You must leave your siblings, your nieces, and nephews, your father and mother? Then to make it worse, God did not tell him exactly where to go; he just told him to leave Haran, then into Canaan. Then, as soon as Abram got there the Lord appeared to him, (spirit). I will give you this land Abram, and to all the descendants (seed) he built him an altar there before the Lord. Then Abram, let his nephew Lot that came with him when he left his father’s house, choose where he wanted to dwell. Abram took his tent and dwelt in the Plain of Mamre, which is in Hebron, and built there an altar unto the Lord.

    Genesis 15:12-14

And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and lo, a great darkness fell upon him.

13th And he said unto Abram, know of surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years.

14th And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge; and afterward shall they come out; with great substance

    The Deep Sleep

Just as the sun was going down, the evening sun diminishing, Abram was no doubt tired from the day’s toils. He probably set down to a place where he can relax, probably asking his wife Sarah to bring him something to drink. As he was lying back with his eyes closed just beginning to drift off to sleep, God came on the scene. God began to open Abram’s Eye (spiritual eye) to things that were yet to come. His eyes were closed, but his spiritual eye was open to see what God is unfolding before him. This vision is before him, a very deep sleep, he was in total darkness, as the scene unfolds before him.

Abram and Sari had not yet had Isaac; the promised child (seed). He told him that his offspring or children would be taken into bondage, to be a slave, in bondage. He told Abram that his offspring or children would not only be in bondage, they would be in bondage four hundred years. They would come out of bondage with more substance that they came into bondage with. He no doubt told him they would be in bondage for four hundred years, for they would not listen and obey God. They would serve their masters and God was going to judge them. Then Abram awoke, shook his head, no doubt, thinking what in this world! Then Abram began to think more clearly, he knew he heard from the Lord God Almighty. He just sat there thinking over and over in his mind what he saw, was it a dream, was it a vision, no doubt whatever it was he knew he heard from God. When he came to himself, he no doubt said in an excited loud voice to his wife: Sari come here, Come here quick! You will not believe it, the Lord has just shown me what was going to take place in the future event.

Sari’s reply: What! Tell me Abram, I am waiting.

Abram: Give me a minute Sari. I am trying to tell you!

Then he proceeds to tell her of his dream, God had given him in full detail. She is no doubt standing in disbelief.

Sari: Do you not see Abram? "God is going to punish our grandchildren, our great grandchildren, and you are listening to this?"

Sari: Oh my! What are we going to do?

Abram: Sari. I cannot help what God is going to do! He told me the reason is because they will not listen and obey him; so they put themselves there, God is not doing this!"

Sleep (means) a deep sleep, or it can mean a death or a divine revelation.

Four hundred years (means) the dark ages or darkness.

    Genesis 17:1-5, 15-19

And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect (mature).

4th As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.

5th Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

15th And God said unto Abraham, as for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be.

19th And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.

Abraham (means) father of many nations, Genesis 17:4-5.

Abram (means) to be an exalted father

Isaac (means) he laughs, laughter Genesis 21:6.

Abraham is the starting of the Children of Israel the Hebrews, who are God’s people. God began his work in Abram changing his name from Abram meaning exalted father (exalted in flesh) to Abraham the father of many, God is bringing a change about through Abraham.

We see the beginning of the many blessings of Abram as he listens to the voice of the Lord God. He told him to be perfect, in other words, be mature like a man. God had made a covenant, an agreement with Abram, concerning him being called a Father of many nations.

Covenant (means) treaty, compact an agreement or promise

    Genesis 21:1-5

And the Lord visited Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did unto Sarah as he had spoken.

2nd For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.

4th And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac being eight days old, as God had commanded him.

5th And Abraham was an hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him.

Circumcised (means) a circumcision of the heart, a covenant, to cut off extra skin, obedience.

We see here that the promises are unfolding before our very eyes in the scriptures. Numbers has a significance here; a very important part here in the scriptures. I will be bringing out more numbers and explain them as we go along. First of all, Abraham was one hundred years old when his son Isaac was born. One hundred means election and children of promise. Isaac was circumcised at eight days old: which eight meant new birth, a new beginning and a new creation. This is the reason God gave Isaac to Abraham in his old age. Abraham, being age one hundred, gave birth to the promised son, and made his election sure. Then we note that after Isaac, the promised son was born, Abraham made a covenant before he was to be born that he had to circumcise him and, he was circumcised on the eighth day. A child that was promised to Abraham, his life forever changed, was to be the Father of many nations. This is why Abraham is called Father Abraham; for he had many Sons. We seem to forget not only did Abraham have Ishmael, whose mother was Hagar, Abram’s wife, Sarah’s Egyptian handmaiden; but after Sarah died, he married Ketu’-rah and had six more sons. So, in total, there were eight sons altogether.

    God Temps Abraham

    Genesis 22:1-14

And it came to pass after these things, that God did temp Abraham; and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am.

2nd And he said take now thy son, Thine Only Son Isaac, whom thou loves, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I tell thee of.

4th Then on the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place afar off.

6th And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and Laid It upon Isaac His Son! And he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together.

7th And Isaac spoke unto Abraham his father, and said, father; and he said, Here am I, my son, And he said, Behold the fire and the wood; but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?

8th And Abraham said, My Son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burn offering; so they went both of them together.

10th And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.

11th And the angel of the Lord called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said Here I am.

12th And he said, lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou anything unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.

13th And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and look, and behold behind him a ram was caught in the thicket by his horns; and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son.

14th And Abraham call the name of that place Jehovah-Jireh; as it is said to this day. In the mount of the Lord it shall be seen.

    Sarah

Can you see Sarah hearing what Abraham her husband just said to her? She looks at him in horror, not believing her ears. Is this not the very God that gave us this promised Son? Now he wants to take him from us, not only take him from us, but his father to sacrifice his promised son Isaac! Oh My Lord, what do you want from me are you really serious? Sarah stands there a loss for words, not knowing what to do. Then her poor son to go through such agony even though God will raise him up, what about the agony, the pain involved?

Oh, Abraham. Are you really sure you heard right?

Yes, Sarah. Said Abraham. I know what I heard, I have heard from God time after time, and I know the voice.

Oh, all right Abraham. I trust in you and I know you love God but what if?"

Stop it Sarah. Said Abraham. I know what you are thinking! It is breaking my heart also.

Abraham, Said Sarah. I could understand, if he got sick, or he got attacked by some wild animal; but for God to tell you to sacrifice our only son!

Sarah I have to do what God told me to do. He will not put on us more than we can bare. Oh My! says Sarah, I put it in your hands.

The morning breaks, and this is the day that Abraham has to take Isaac his only son, to sacrifice him on a mountain. As they get ready to leave Sarah is hanging on to Isaac like a leech.

Isaac: Mother; I know you love me you have told me a dozen times already; but we have to get ready to leave.

Sarah: Ok son. I know, but I will miss you.

Isaac: I know Mother. I will miss you too. I need to help father so that we can get started while it is early.

So Isaac and his father Abraham, are packed up and ready to go. They say their good-byes and walk out the door. Sarah stood there watching until she could no longer see them. Then she fell to her knees, for they buckled under her from the weight of despair. She cried out loud for her heart was just broken into pieces and she is at a loss for words. She does not know what to do because this was that last time she will see her son alive. Can you imagine?

Temp (means) to test a person to try a person, by the trying of our faith.

    Hebrews 11:17

By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son.

Sarah looked out the door and saw Abraham coming afar off. She also saw Isaac! She could not believe her eyes, she looked again and then ran as fast as she could go. The closer she got, the faster she ran, for she knew her only son was alive. She grabbed him and kissed him, and cried, You are alive! Praise God you are alive! Abraham told her the whole story of how an Angel told him to stop with his knife in his hand, and his hand in mid- air, he said stop Abraham! He said, I looked and I saw a ram caught in a thicket, Oh God is so wonderful! They no doubt hugged each other praising God for he supplies all our needs.

    Genesis 22:14

And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah; as it is
