Introduction

God said, But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.

Matthew 19:30

Since the garden, the devil has declared war on women. He fears if she ever realizes who God created her to be, how powerful she is, and her part in the fulfillment of God’s plan, that he loses his position in the church and in the families of God.

This devil has methodically manipulated Scriptures and man to hold women back, keeping them out of their proper place of leadership.

We never have true leadership in any arena of life, without men and women coming to the table as equals with the qualities God has placed in both of them.

Genesis 1:26-28 says:

"And God said, Let us make man in Our image, after Our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He Him; male and female created He them.

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."

We see man and woman created in the image of God, and both are given authority over the earth, and both are commissioned to subdue the earth.

Genesis 2:23 lets us know God took woman out of man. In other words, something that once was in man no longer exists inside of him, so he lacks these qualities on his own. So we can understand that if we are to have a fullness of God’s ordained leadership, men AND women must accept, embrace, and utilize one another's differences.

In the last few decades, women have been allowed to lead, but only with the leadership qualities of a man. I know this is not
