Kailey (Willow) McDaniel
Kailey (Willow) is a 10 year beauty industry veteran with 5 years of teaching under her belt. She is a second generation hairdresser and grew up loving the salon industry. After beginning her teaching career and realizing that the brand specific content wasn't landing and staying with her students, she decided to take a different approach and based her color classes on color theory with a touch of product knowledge, rather than the initial other way around. The results were outstanding! She then began to dedicate her educational career to giving colorist the foundational knowledge needed to be wildly successful in color formulation. It is from this experience that Dreaming In Color was born.
