    Read & Believe

"I want the children in my life to grow up

    to be strong, ethical leaders!"

    Open Heart & Open Mind

First and foremost, we must accept each child as a possible leader, with a unique personality. Children must be respected as ideal

    formulated thinkers, imaginative creators, self-motivated

doers, and effective leaders with embraced strengths

and weaknesses, regardless of labels and

stereotypes. The purpose of this book is to equip

adults with the tools to speak life and

    leadership into our children.

    Early Life Leadership Infusion Defined

"Early Life Leadership Infusion is the act of instilling,

    teaching, modeling, guiding, and developing

leadership skills and concepts in children."

    -Christina DeMara

    Dear Valued Reader,

My in-depth research stems from the lack of, and the need for, better leaders for a better tomorrow. Watching children play made me question, How do we grow and cultivate ethical leaders? Growing ethical leaders starts with you. As an educator, mother, and leader, I wrote this book to help bring awareness to this huge problem. I want you to understand the urgency there is to help develop our children for a different tomorrow. Their tomorrow is so much more different than the present we now face. We need to build stronger communities, better municipal infrastructures, and stronger schools in order to have stronger leaders and a stronger tomorrow. This is my way of helping to break the cycle and of contributing to a solution of an ongoing problem. I hope you continually come back to this book, make notes, take it off the shelf, reflect on it at a later time, and share it with your children, family, or students. I hope this book ignites your thinking and changes the way you love and teach the children in your life. Gone are the days where little red schoolhouse learning
