    As Rachel watched, the baggage carousel ground to a halt. She frowned, and then impatiently strode to the chute where the luggage had been coming out and glared up it. Someone wearing a Delta uniform walked past and she got their attention.

    The other woman, who looked tired, glanced at the carousel. You were flight 233 from New York?

    Can I just give you my address? she asked the woman.

    Sorry, the woman said. I can’t help you with this.

    Rolling her eyes, Rachel stood in the line and sent some emails on her phone.
