    Annette the Fracking Ant is a rhyming story about an ant named Annette and her ant friend named Blisters who inspire their huge ant colony families to take on the oil fracking industry and win. The story is illustrated with pencil sketches and a "fracking" font which is created using sketches of marching ants into the shape of letters and numbers. It is a fun story that educates the reader about the amazing and extraordinary habits and complexities of ant civilisations along with highlighting the environmental damage caused by coal seam gas mining.
