People usually seek help for disorders like stress-related problems, depression, phobias, and anxiety. CBT targets feelings and emotions by changing considerations and practices that are contributing to enhancing these disorders. In CBT, you figure out how to change the thoughts, mentalities, convictions, and presumptions identified as hazardous for you.
