    Defining Your Diet Goals.

    When beginning a diet plan, it is important to establish the reasons why you want to lose weight.  This will serve as the foundation for your eventual goal. Do you want to improve your body image to become more attractive? Is it because of health reasons? Is this lifestyle change only going to be a long-term or short-term experience once you reach your target weight goal? It is only by having a target that answers these questions that you can begin focusing on this change.
