Shri A.N.Pandey worked with Bhabha Atomic Research Center (DAE) as Senior Scientific Officer till 2006. He acquired wide experience & expertise in the field of project management.To achieve the best possible performances, to have better inter-personal relation, to obtain total quality management and to achieve self-motivation forced Shri Pandey to go in quest of spirituality. He was also associated with Bihar School of Yoga, Simplified Kundalini Yoga (SKY), Vipassana Meditation, YSS (Yogda SatSang Society) and Brahma Kumari.Presently he is heading a research institute known as “Spiritual Awareness Program (SAP)” at Hyderabad and responsible for developing many packages such as “personality development for student”, “personality development for professional” and “professional development for manager”. He has also developed packages for stress management, anger management, resistivity management, leadership, self motivation, time & mind management and communication skills in the background of spirituality (Yoga & Vedanta).He visualized many simple and effective techniques such as science of breathing, development of subtle inner personality, relaxation in action and meditation in action by taking the themes of spirituality. SAP is engaged in solving other International problems related to sustainable development in the fields of crime, modern education, global economy, poverty, therapy, judiciary and political unrest.Shri Pandey is visualizing a common platform for scientist and spiritual masters where they (scientist and spiritual masters) can come together to take each other findings (related to special theme of science and spirituality) to define the consciousness (supreme reality).
