About this ebook
The 6th limb is Dharana, also known as Attention. A fundamental block in the construction of any Yogi, attention and focus, that sole purpose, is almost more important that proper position and speed. This book offers a deep understanding of Dharana and it Yogic Utilities and even how it melds and shapes a Yoga experience and life.
Though this series should be read in conjunction, author Anand Gupta has wisely offered glimpses and brief explanations of previous volumes, giving readers an overview of the Limbs and books you may not have read. Though hardly a replacement for the deep knowledge the books impart, this summary will allow those unversed a way to find their path on the journey, even if Book 6 is the first you lay your hands on.

People want to perform yoga to lose weight, to calm their minds, to improve their focus or memory retention power, to improve their sleeping patterns or digestive systems, to get rid of those annoying aches and twinges that we feel in various parts of our body, to experience tranquillity in a world that is generally filled with pressure and chaos.
