DEDICATION
For my wonderful wife and best friend whose dedication to me and to our work has made this book a labor of love. I also dedicate this book to the memory of my dear friend, Chong C. So, who taught me great patience, perseverance, diligence and discipline, which have helped me through all facets of my life.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
I wish to thank all those who helped make this book possible. Without the help of so many fine people this book would have been a major task. I give my deepest thanks and gratitude to Laura Leggett, who diligently worked on this manuscript. I also thank Darlene Dryer, whose beautiful illustrations have enhanced this book. Likewise, I thank Jo Ann Vaccarino for her cover design and her inspiring cover photograph taken at Lake Metroparks in Cleveland, Ohio. Thank you to attorney Robert Rosplock, Lydia Balson, and my mother-in-law Margaret Wells whose editing and advice were major contributions. I also wish to thank my office staff—Robin Gaw, Barbara Grae, Carol Grovemiller, Tonya Simmons, and Amanda Zieske—who have worked with me for many years and who helped bring together information needed for this book.
Finally, this book is dedicated to the patients who gave me the opportunity to listen and understand their conditions. Their struggle to find relief from pain and suffering gave me the drive and determination to find an effective recovery protocol.

ABOUT THE EDITOR
Laura T. Leggett
If it weren’t for Dr. Bowersox’ Fibromyalgia / Chronic Fatigue recovery protocol, I would not have been able to participate in spreading the life-changing message contained in this book. Instead, I would have continued sleeping my life away, robbing my family and me of many precious experiences.
I am 35 years old, a wife and a full-time working mom of two young children.
