About this ebook

In Finding Peace in Poems & Scriptures During a Pandemic the author wants people to know that when the world seems chaotic, we can find peace and hope in the word of God by searching and reading comforting verses. She also wants     people to know that God is still in control regardless of what is going  on in the world today. He knew that the Pandemic would be here even before the beginning of time, and He also knows who will die from the virus, who will get the virus and live through it. God also knows who will not get the virus. He is all knowing. The author wants to bring awareness of how we all must trust God through all things. God is the first and the last; He is the beginning and the end. He can allow what He wants to happen. It is her prayer that this book will heal and comfort God's people during this Pandemic.

Finding Peace in Poems and Scriptures During a Pandemic - Pearl Robinson

    Poems to Comfort You

To my loved one whom I left behind

Please do not be sad; my healing is a divine

I suffered in the end; Father God decided to bring me home

It is okay to cry; but please try to be strong

I know I am gone, and I am no longer in your life

Be happy for me; I am with Jesus Christ

Believe me; I was not ready to leave you

It was my Heavenly Father who said I had to

When my spirit left my body, Christ was waiting with open arms

He said, come to me, my precious child, I’ll do you no harm.

It is true, to be absent from the body is to be present with Christ

I am in Heaven now enjoying my everlasting life

I know you loved and took care of me

It is God who loved me more; this I hope you can see

He took me out of all my pain and suffering Just like He promised, He was with me until the end

I know you will miss me, but you have your memories

Try to remember all the good times we shared

I know you are sad; remember the love we had for each other

Do not be angry at God, He has done nothing wrong

He said there would be times when you will have to mourn

Just remember, God is with you always, just like He said

I will live on in your heart; please do not be afraid

Be happy; I will see you again in our eternal life

Please do not be sad for me, because I am okay

It is in Heaven I want to stay

When I accepted Christ, death became a celebration

Right now, I am thanking Him for my salvation

Now I am in my mansion in Heaven where Christ promised I would be

The moment I arrived, He said welcome to me

Oh, how I am worshipping my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

If given a chance to return to my earthly life

    I would respectfully decline

My new home with The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is so divine

I am at peace; for this reason, it is beyond the deep blue sky I choose to stay

Goodbye, my love; smile for me because we will be together in Heaven one day

    Mommy, Please Do not Cry

Mommy, I know you are sad because my life on earth is done

Please be happy for me; my eternal life has begun

Think about the joy you had when God gave me life

Just like God, you were always there; you never left my sight

There were times when I was sick and could not sleep at night

You would come and rescue me, and oh how you held me tight

Mommy, God, did not take my life because He was mad at you

He knows what is best for me; He gave me life, and He loves me too

Mommy, I know it is hard to see me lying so quiet and still

I was not ready to leave you; it is God’s divine will

There were nights when I would cry myself to
