ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

The following book is the second in a series regarding an understanding of Spiritualism, a belief that there is life after death for a soul to be able to touch another soul.  I have been receiving messages from my husband since just after his death in February 2011 and it has changed my life. In my view and his we felt we needed to share the following writings for all to be able to see that not only does life go on but that we can be assisted on this side of life from the knowledge, love, kindess that is still available to us all. In losing the love of my life there was a void, a chasm if you like an emptiness the like I have never had before.  Like all couples we had our ups and downs but life had overtaken us in a way we were not expecting. I can now look back at those days and understand that it was part of his path and I will join him again on mine. A feeling that cannot be described but which has lifted me and allowed me to complete something I feel passionately about not only the books in this form but in many others.  In education and understanding of what is known about spirituality and the knowledge that I can become helpful in the process of touching others with this information. To me he was a larger than life character in life and has not changed since being on the other side. What a wonderful thought.

This book is not only dedicated to him as a gift from me, but written by him for greater good in spiritualism.  There are those who knew Ray well when he was alive that will be able to understand the words as he would have spoken them. For people who are new to the name of Ray Bond I can only explain this to be loud, caring, thoughtful, intelligent and sincere person in everything he undertook.  I believe he slipped away in a controlled manner not to upset anyone and is smiling from above to know that he has achieved one of his ambitions to publish a book he had written. I hope you take heart in the words included within and perhaps loosen your grip on today’s world and look towards your next life, with no fear and a bit more understanding.  Together we can improve the world by the knowledge it can all change if you just take the time to make these small changes.

The following writings by my late husband, are as you would expect completed to the words received. This is the second book we have prepared and I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did connecting with Ray to write it.  No changes have been made.

COMFORT

What sort of comfort can you get from the Spirit World, the religious kind, the human kind,the lovers.  So many various ways you can show comfort.  To be appreciated is comforting, to be loved, worshipped and adored.  But what if there is no one in your life to do this in your world, then don’t forget the comfort of the spirit world.  A gentle thought a kind gesture, a memory that is always there.  These are all wonderful feelings in spirit world.  To be pondered over and relished, not for the thought but the love they arrive with.  How do you comfort, a kind word and deed on the earth plane and luckily for us you do the same up here. It transcends the veil and we feel it like a bolt of energy.  Love may be universal and unexplainable but so, so powerful it cannot be explained.  I digress. Comfort is needed by all at all times.  If the world were to take a little more comfort in their surroundings, appreciate and relish them.  If they were to take comfort in the thought of the next world, if they were to love their brother and take comfort it was returned, what a far richer world this would be.  To allow the world closer to you, within your soul to feel and administer comfort is an ultimate joy of all.
