WHAT DOES THE EAGLE HAVE?

As we approached a new year and I spent time in prayer, I was asked the question by The Holy Spirit Daren, What does the eagle have?

Based on my past experiences with The Lord, I knew that the reason why The Holy Spirit asked this question was certainly not due to the lack of Him not knowing the answer but undoubtedly to awaken an interest in me to do a study about the eagle. A study that I now know would improve my leadership skills and consequently the birthing of this book.

Over the years the subject of leadership has become a priority for me.  Proper leadership that is.  I believe that the subject of leadership is the thing that God has called and assigned me to for this my present and next Generation, to ensure a continuity of proper building now and through succession.

The saying is that everything rises and falls on leadership.  If there is any truth to this saying then we want to ensure that our leadership execution is effective at every level of operation.  I pray that as you read you receive great enlightenment through these pages, as the Holy Spirit imparts rich revelation on leadership through the characteristics of one of the most excellent species created by God.
