The ultimate goal of his Mission is to enlighten mankind to its real nature of godhood so that man can enjoy universal love, harmony and peace in every aspect of life. His teachings encompass everything man needs for his self adjustment and self elevation to maintain love and right relationships.

To follow the principles of life and growth, along with the environment, both materially and spiritually, is the common religion of mankind. To awaken the same spirit of God in man's life is the common spiritual practice of every faith.

Spiritualism means to follow and materialise in life the messages of the Mediator through active service to each other, devotion to the Lord, God or Mediator, genuine faith and right meditation of God within for the perfection, purification and ultimate elevation of the self to achieve physical, mental, spiritual and divine strength.

Sree Sree Mentu Maharaj delivers the kind of teaching and guidance for individual, conjugal social, political, cultural and spiritual life which can redirect mankind to establish an ideal family and society. Man and woman being concentric to their Ideal can carry the spirit of God in their life and the union of such couples in marriage with deep love and trust for each other can bring higher souls onto earth. This is one of the most important purposes of every faith so that the earth will be peopled with a high calibre of soul, well educated in character and wisdom, as the building blocks of a better society, nation, world.

Many searching souls like us have accepted Maharaj as their spiritual teacher and been drawn closer to their original faith or Mediator, finding that religions are essentially one and the Prophets are fundamentally the same. In his Mission there is no conversion of faith, but inversion through any genuine faith to godhood within.

He has delivered thousands of divine messages which have spread from America to Australia and inspired many, as predicted by his Sat Guru, the great Master, Sree Sree Thakur Anukulchandra, in the early days of his life with him. These messages have been published in several books. I have watched him over the years at many gatherings with varieties of audiences spontaneously sing thousands of divine songs in both Bengali and English which have adjusted and enlightened the listeners and which have been recorded.

Human beings need to grow both materially and spiritually with their fellow selves. This growth alone is not enough unless we embrace our Reality, our God within. Maharaj has transformed many of his followers, through their individual instinctive urge, to a deep awareness of this Reality.

Aspirants of all faiths sincerely study and follow varieties of teachings for self elevation and Self Realisation. In this modern age, what is the simplest way to awaken and reorient oneself to achieve Ultimate Enlightenment?

To answer this question beloved Maharaj began to give spontaneous messages which were picked up and compiled by one of his close devotees, Islagh Saunders, to form this book. These messages will certainly unfold the being of the reader for his Ultimate Enlightenment — final Salvation.

Blessed are those who have fulfilled or forsaken the drama or glamour of life and become ready to free themselves. The very readiness to achieve Salvation opens every path of elevation so that one can go back to one's Reality. Then anything one does, one does to be free, not to be further entangled. Whatever life one leads, whether single or married, with family or friends, one never forgets his commitment to serve the children of God, thereby serving Him, beyond any other diversion of mind and heart, as one always knows he belongs to none but God.

Whether the relationship with the world can be maintained or is neglected, there should be a continuous tendency to help others, to direct them towards their Reality without being caught by the ghosts of Maya and attachment.

The simultaneous moral and spiritual upliftment of life is essential. So codes of conduct and so much guidance is given to mankind by different Seers at different times for the perfection and right direction of the self for its final growth through the coordination of conscience, mind and action, self, environment and Ideal.

The aspirant should prepare himself for his union with his Real Self within. This union is known as the union with God, with his soul. As his soul and mortal self is born of God so he has a natural affinity with Him. This urge of unification must be greater than any other urge or affinity for friends or family.

His love for the knowledge of God, as well as his deep devotion for God, must be greater than any other love, interest or pleasure in life.

Love, devotion and the urge of unification come from within in contact with those who are faithful devotees, Saints and Masters. The aspirant should always be anxious to have contact with such advanced souls or holy men, to be energized and inspired for the final union beyond all attraction or repulsion, illusion or limitation of life, which generally create attachment for his belongings or the bondage of emotions, complexes, 'I'-ness and 'my'-ness.

The aspirant should always clean his mind to avoid wrong thoughts or desires which are unhealthy for his being and becoming and spiritual practice. He should encourage those wishes which help him to be concentric to his conscience. This also helps the aspirant go beyond the mind and all other reflections of the world, radiations of charm, and go deeper into his being to embrace his soul.

The aspirant should always keep his heart pure by avoiding any kind of hatred, grievance or limitation of his heart which brings contraction. Rather, he can keep his heart pure through concentric love for the Beloved, deep devotion and faith in his Mediator. A pure and expanded heart can conceive and regenerate the Universal Love of God, which helps unification.

The aspirant should always know that intellectual understanding or temporary awareness of Ultimate Enlightenment cannot help him establish himself permanently at this state of final Enlightenment. This state of trance happens from a full understanding and knowledge of the changeable mortal self, the physical and emotional state of his being. He should try to understand fully what is that unchangeable Real Self beyond his changeable body and mind or any other identity of the self created by the reflections of the universe. Therefore, he should have perfect self introspection and adjust and balance the self so that his mortal self will be free from inferiority or superiority complexes, ego or any other emotion or limitation so that he can find his own identity, that unchangeable being, his soul.

The aspirant should discipline his life by following holy messages, as through discipline the disciple can lift himself rightly towards his divine life to lead an ideal life to perform his duties and responsibilities and maintain proper relationships with others without any conflict or confinement with anybody or escaping from a normal life. This becomes simple and easy for one who is identified, through his concentric love for a living Ideal, with his Real Nature, which is loving, pure and perfect, beautiful and gracious. He should keep his balance in every contact and circumstance by maintaining his Real Nature, that inner peaceful state of his being, Sat Chit Anandam.
