PREFACE

My name is Benoit Le Chevallier. I offer you my life experience, experimenting with life.

Adventuring around the world I have learned from many cultures. From personal and professional circumstances, I have met people through the broad spectrum of humanity; from the poorest to the richest, from the youngest to the oldest, from the zombies to the enlightened, from the unaware to the aware, from the healthiest to the sickest, from unknown to famous, etc. I am happy to conclude that all deeply look the same to me within themselves, the only element of differentiation is their level of self-acceptance.

I offer my services to the human community as a counselor for self-acceptance. I am just one among many.

I was born in this physical world like you.

My physical life started as an egg created in the ovary of my mother when she was a four month old fetus in my grandmother’s womb, like you.

I breath, or I am being breathed?- depending on perspective, like you.

I nourish my body at all levels, like you.

I release unused energy and energy I create in all shapes and forms, like you.

I am in motion alternated with stillness, like you.

I came to exist on this beautiful earth, like you.
