This book or fiction has been written to tell about the condition of  Inter religious or inter caste marriage in India and the World .This book contains many things like as Love , Romance , Inspiration , Struggle of person ,sacrifice for love etc. In this book , reader know about the inter religious marriage or inter caste marriage in India , In India , these type of marriages are not accepted by the people of India .

This book also tell about the reader to Honor killing in India , those person who in inter religious or inter caste marriage . The author also mentioned some legal provision and international instrument relating to Marriage which is made by the United Nations Organizations .And provide right to the person who wants to inter religious marriage or inter caste marriage in the world .

In this book or fiction  ,also focused on the Indian country where , Right to marriage is a fundamental rights declared by the Constitution of India ,however , Indian society and People does not recognized the Inter religious marriage or inter caste marriages .

Chapter 1: Introduction and Synopsis of Fiction

This fiction is the story of struggle of a person The whole fiction is wandered only  two character of this fiction,Balvinder Singh and Jessica are the main character of this fiction  and other character to use by author for the purpose of Interesting and meaningful to this fiction . This fiction Starts from the childhood of Balvinder  Singh . In childhood or when Balvinder Singh is 14 years old , then a incidents of Inter religious marriage happened in the village of Balvinder singh in India .IN India , Interreligious marriage are accepted by the people . And in this incidents all, the villagers of Balvinder singh opposes this inter religious marriage . Couple who in interreligious marriage are Aditya patel and Julia , both are belongs to Different religion .

The village council  awarded punishment to such couple in the way of expelling such couple from the village because both person commits an offence for doing inter religious marriage . In India , the marriage should be in same religion in same caste , this is the norm or rule  of  Indian society . And  Aditya and Julia in inter religious marriage . Due to this Village council awarded punishment to such couple  . In India , many village council awarded death sentence to these couple who do inter religious marriage. Sometimes also honor killing  happened in India . Fortunately Both couple are saved by Balvinder singh . This Incident has greater effect or engrave on the life of Balvinder singh . Although, here right to marriage is a fundamental right declared by the Supreme court of India . Besides this people does not recognized this marriage . From this Balvinder singh is only purpose of life to  became a successful law professor and after became law professor , He wants to remove this  evils from the Indian society

The other important character of this fiction is R. chandra who is law professor in Delhi University. R.chandra helps to Balvinder singh to achieve his goal or purpose.To achieve his purpose , Balvinder   goes to America for studying Post graduation ; In America , Balvinder meets Jessica through a bad incidents happened in New York . Gradually , both loves do one another and finally Balvinder married to Jessica . In this Fiction , Jessica is the most beautiful singer in USA.  Jessica is only daughter of her parents . His father is the top businessman of Not only in America but also In the world . Balvinder discriminated in America and for this purpose or for removing the discrimination present in America against Negro people . Balvinder contest an election and successfully wins the general election from New York city . After this Balvinder makes a draft relating to  the discrimination  and this draft successfully passed by American congress .after assents given by President , This is got a enforceable value in the eye of law  . After marriage , Balvinder comes India  and goes to his village , when His father knows that Balvinder has done Inter religious marriage , his father along with villagers insults to Balvinder singh and also expelled , balwinder singh from the village .

After this incidents , Balvinder challenge this action before the court and court give a decision in favour of Balvinder singh . Ultimately ,after this judgements , In India , youth of the country will be do inter religious marriage . Balvinder also made a trust for the promotion of inter religious or inter caste marriage in the world and also provide legal , economic and political assistance to the these couples who want to do inter religious marriage . This trust also gives $1000  to such inter religious couples for rehabilitation .Balvinders singh achieve his success after many troubleness and the Indian people do the inter religious marriage and also want , more people in inter religious marriage .

,ALL the person  or reader will be find more things such as inspiration , love , romance , law relating to marriage and also to know about the condition of India in regard to inter religious marriage and inter caste marriage . Author does not want to critics India and Indian people but in India , there is a great quantity of evils present in India relating to marriages. Author love his country so much but due to these evils my country does not stand in the category of developed nation in the world . Although my Constitution makers had mentioned right of citizens in regard to marriage but these right has not enforceable completely or perfectly .

Today in , India, few person do inter caste and inter religious marriage specially rich person . And if a poor person do inter caste or inter religious marriages then the people of Indian society expelled that person from the society and people do not help these person . Although these marriages are legal and the Supreme court of India also issued guidelines relating to marriages from time to time . India is a country of various types of diversity .and people lives in satisfactorily in India because my readers knows that in India all religion will be find . But in all religion of peoples do not permits inter religious marriages specially Hindus people except the Christian which permits inter religious marriages in the world .

Christian not only do inter religious marriage but also promote inter religion marriages by many measures in the world . Indian perspective , inter religious are became popular when Christian or Britishers comes to India for the purpose of doing business . After this a new religion came to India by Englishmen  , this called Christian religion . In India , both Islam and Christian religion comes out from foreign and all other religion are originated in India , which is popular in modern Indian perspective .And Englishmen advertises our religion in India through missionaries .And converted some SC, ST people of India by Englishmen or Britishers into Christian religion . Author himself belong to Hindu religion .

In India , specially Hindus , this is the custom or tradition , all person of society do marriage own or same  caste and in same religion and this is become a law of the land and in modern time , almost Indians follow this custom . And if  any person who do inter caste or inter religion , . And in this fiction , people also know about the effect of committing inter religion or inter caste marriage and what problems are faces by such couples because such couples faces many problems such as fear of safety and security , insult and the members of society does not accepts that persons and also to know about the Honor killing in India because in India ,

every year , many incidents relating to honor killing happened and this is great non administration of the country and not the conduct of civilized people, Author written this book for the purpose to tell about the actual conditions of India , in respect of inter religious marriage .

Although it is affect the unity of one religion and also weak to the religion but this is not important than of humanity and human right because humanity is the biggest religion of the world .Because right to marriage is a fundamental right declared by the Universal Declaration of  Human Right . in India , will of person in his /her marriage is not any effect of important because all decision relating to marriage of person are taken by the parents .
