Preface
We have been writing together for more than 5 years now, and decided this past year, 2019, to start a shared poetry account on Instagram. Our first post was made on July 22, 2019, for which we deliberated heavily for weeks, and for which we designed heavily. Making that first post and deciding how to go about our account from the start took up much of our time and energy from the time we decided to make the account until the time we made our first post.
We decided to make a post daily, and to mix in new poems with ones we had created in the past. And as time went on, the posting became easier, the tweaking of images and fonts became more manageable, and we got better and better with each post.
Since that first post, we have been learning not only about the Instagram platform, but also about designing content to be publicly shared, and, most importantly, we have been better learning and finding our poetic voice together. We posted a total of 142 original poems to our account in 2019, and gathered up over 100 followers, many of whom are dedicated to being a part of the Elysian transformation of the world.
What Elysian means to us is essentially an eternal paradise attained by all beings together, which
