Introduction
The Nigeria Education Drama is a work of fiction. It is a comic attempt to present some of the issues holding back the prosperity of the education in an imaginary country – Nigeria.
Act 1
The scene opens with background music; costumiers and make-up artists were seen, getting the moderator and panelists ready for the show. Also, seen at the scene are members of the technical crew, setting up the cameras, lights and microphones in readiness for the panel discussion.
After a few minutes, the director of the show appears at the scene and begins to address the technical crew members (inaudibly). When he was done talking with them, he picks up a megaphone and says something into it. As soon as he does that, everyone at the scene, especially members of the technical crew, scuttles to their various duty posts. The costumiers and make-up artists begin to leave the stage. The technical crew performs a final sound check, with one of them snapping his fingers just in front of each panelist, while looking at the camera man for a nod of approval and thumbs up. When he got to the moderator, the camera
