Chapter 1 

Introduction to Prayer.

It is no news that prayer is a way of communication with the GOD of Heaven and Earth. And, it will be ambiguous that I’ll be the first to introduce you to prayer, but if I am, well, I’m delighted and want to assure you, you’ll learn the best. So, as we ask the HOLY SPIRIT to teach us in the journey of MY PRAYER BOOK, relax and enjoy HIS teaching. 

Prayer is not the idea of man, at least you know it was not created by men. It was long introduced to man by GOD Himself from the creation of man, when God communicated with man in the Garden of Eden before it was polluted. After it was polluted, God continued the communication, but it became a prayer, when God no longer freely communicated with man because of sin, YES SIN!!! Sin brought the gap, sin constructed a bridge between man and God, that God no longer gave to man naturally the things man needed, then it began to seem like God watches from far to see if man will call on Him to seek what they want [i.e to alleviate the curse of tilling the ground], or they will continue to rely on their once ridden intelligence from the Garden of Eden. 

 To this view, it became necessary for man to seek the Face of God for reconciliation before reconnection can be made with man’s true destiny, purpose, glory, meaning of existence. And the ONLY way to do this is through prayer. 

So, you may really to ask WHAT IS PRAYER? 

Prayer is the ONLY FORM of communication between God and man. What??? Why did you say the ONLY form of communication? Well, it’s the only acceptable communication, since it’s been proved that sin is an act of disobedience to God, an act of pride and enmity against God. And for anyone to receive and practice the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, he/she must be humbled of whatsoever castle the spirit of pride has built

There are 35 chapters. This isn't a book to be rushed through or skimmed. Each chapter concentrates on different topics or ways to pray.
For instance, chapter 7 What are God's answers to prayer?
chapter 16 your heart: faith vs doubt
chapter 28 praying defensively
Each chapter has discussion on the topic with scriptures to support it and ends in a powerful prayer.
The end of the book includes: listed scripture for specific topics of prayer on your spouse, children, government authority over you, your city, etc.
There's a lukewarm test, spiritual ammo scriptures a nd discussion questions.
There are also lists of names of God, for God, for Jesus and for The Holy Spirit.
This is a keeper.
