About this ebook

Delve into the unknown, as you too begin to question the nature of reality. This short story tale is an emotional roller coaster ride, with poignant, yet subtle inferences of notions of technocratic and high-tech neo-feudal-like societies. Scottie is made to question everything he’s ever known, as he finds that his known reality literally fades into inexistence. What happens to Carolyn?

Before either of the two suns could grace the sky, with their warmth so clear, Scott Odonson was up, already fumigating at the seams. He was sure that Jeff had pulled the usual blundering escapade of making off to bed with the wrong phone.

For crying out loud, Jeff, we talked about this.

Scott stood over the rigidly snoozed character, sure not to remember any of the sternly emphasized platitudes lashed at him. Five times out of seven, Carolyn slept over, which made for an awkward but exhilarating start to the day for Jeff, since she could only manage to sleep naked.
