Just Tonight

I hesitated.

You can have me if you want me, he said, letting his vulnerability show momentarily. I do want him, I decided, crawling over and straddling his lap in the cramped front seat. He moaned and thrust his khaki-clad hips up against mine. His belt dug into my thigh, and I shifted to a more comfortable position.

I’m yours tonight, he said, kissing my neck. And you’re mine. He squeezed my hip possessively, and a tingle ran down my spine. There was no denying the chemistry between us, but was it enough? I got the feeling he was trying to read me just as I was doing the same; neither of us was getting anywhere.

Just stop, he pulled back suddenly.

What?

"Stop trying so hard to control everything, Sarah. I trust you. You trust me. Just relaaaax," he crooned, cradling me in his arms.

It’s just us.

Just us, I repeated.

Just tonight, he whispered, pressing his lips to mine.

His kiss was tender, romantic even. He covered my lips with his own, his tongue darting into my mouth. We undressed each other hungrily, and soon I sat naked over him in the back seat. He kissed and suckled my nipples, taking time to tend to each before coming back up to meet my lips again. I ran my fingers through the coarse hair on his chest and raked his skin lightly with my nails. He moaned and flicked his tongue to tease my hardened nipple.
