This time, he won’t get away, I say to my pilot and partner, Agent Jacob Freeman as we fly over the Monte Carlo Casino.

T-minus two minutes to land, he responds. He then puts a hand on my arm. This might be our last shot at bringing him in to headquarters.

Have I ever failed before? I wink.

He laughs as we descend towards the landing site. This time, I would finally catch my arch nemesis. The bane of my existence and thwarter of the CIA for over a decade – Dr. Dex Reaper.

Dex was international business tycoon, pharmaceutical mogul, and women’s beauty products innovator. He owned half of all manufacturing and distributing of supplements and pharmaceuticals in all of Europe. Not to mention, he had several lines of beauty products across the Atlantic.
