Preface
I have read, tried, and failed at many diets. Failure is a positive to me, because it teaches what’s false and ineffective. I failed enough to know there is something inherently wrong with most diets. Only after my own research and investigation did I realize most diets are not based on science or fact, but on sales and simplicity. Out of my own dieting failures and scientific research came the Taper Diet™. This diet is built upon fat loss research and metabolic truths. There is no hyperbole, marketing, or lies infused into it.
With regard to the eBook itself, I want to say a few things about the content. Most of the diet books I read were very long. They were long because they were padded with fluff. I wanted to find out what made the diet unique and apply it to my life. Instead, I usually stopped reading halfway through. I promise there is no fluff in this eBook. There are no fitness routines (I am not a personal trainer), recipes (I am not a chef), blank pages (for a food diary?), or any other nonsense that is used to bulk
