    No matter how much you cover, it will always be clear. Wearing pants would make you even more annoyed when you see bulging belly fat coming out of your hip pants.

    You hate it even more when you find it difficult to tie your pants and you no longer find it suitable for you.

    You see, there are so many things that might change your mind about because you have belly fat until you get used to it.

    Imagine you have so much abdominal fat and walk through the mall and notice that people are looking at your stomach when something is wrong.
