It was a new law, and to many it was a monstrosity.

Of course there were also those that loved their new freedoms. The interesting thing was that the controversial new regulations had been instigated by a woman, so no one could say that it had been created to satisfy the whims of a few perverts in high places.

The fact that the woman in power was as twisted a pervert as any man, also very submissive and a devoted fan of degradation remained a closely guarded secret.

I want every woman in this country to experience the joy that I feel when I am used as a woman should be. If only for a short time, just a few hours, let them all become submissive and compliant.

The majority of women won't stand for it. she had been advised.

That is why there has to be a careful selection process. Married women and mothers are to be excluded, unless they choose to opt in. We will make the age range from eighteen to thirty five. There will be limits to Free Use, sexual freedom yes, any legal sex act will be acceptable. Degradation is acceptable provided that it does not lead to violence. Pain is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. It will be made clear that when summoned for Free Use duty a woman may not refuse any legal and accepted act. She will maintain a submissive demeanour, she will dutifully obey.

They still won't stand for this. The dissenting voice repeated.

The woman in power had smiled.

Refusal to comply will carry a heavy prison sentence, I think that ten years of hard labour will give those reluctant women out there the incentive to obey the law, poised with the pen in her hand she prepared to put her signature to the new bill making it law. Three hours Free Use duty, or ten years of prison and hard labour… I think I know which option most women will choose.
