About this ebook

The opinion of Dr Alexander Loyd, author of the bestsellers, The Healing Codes and The love Code from the book:

"I was stunned reading Antal's book. For someone with no formal training in the field to have such incredible insight - it has to be a gift. That's what I look for, the gifted, rather than the trained. Those are the world changers. What Iove most about this book is that it comes at the issue from literally all possible angles. My book does NOT do that, and few do - but Antal's book does. It is a complete guide and resource."

Short expository:
You probably already tried to leave behind your bad conditioned responses but no matter how strong youforced the change, everything remained as before. In my book, you can read in detail about what could bethe cause of all this and why motivational methods that offer you only the semblance of success but notthe real success and satisfaction – are ineffectual. I illustrate through many examples that if you wouldlike to take control over your fate really successfully, the only way to do so is with the help of yoursubconscious.
I also highlight that your subconscious fills up with stressful situation memories duringyour life that impedes you to carry out certain things. I point out that your intended changes will beachieved only after having deleted the stress caused harmful images, everything else is just a barrenattempt with whom only temporary and partial success can be achieved. In view of transforming your life, neither with willpower, nor exterior motivation, nor conscious thoughts nor words you can achievesubstantive changes.
The key lies in your subconscious.

The Unlimited Power of your Subconscious - Antal Lajos

    Remarks

    Introduction

Even as a very young person I had my doubts about the statement that we could influence our lives by making a conscious decision, and if that decision was accompanied by a firm determination, we could make anything come true. Once we made a conscious decision, then endurance and the work of many long years will bear fruit. Well, this is truly here goes nothing. There was something in that piece of advice that I did not like. An inner voice kept saying that something was wrong with it. I did not receive an inner confirmation to the effect that all right, that was the thing I really needed, let’s go, I could be enthusiastic about it. No wonder I did not hear that inner voice of approval because no matter what conscious decision we make about anything, no matter what we resolved with huge enthusiasm, the final decision will be made by our subconscious. Because deep down, in our subconscious, decisions are made in an entirely different manner than we would think.

I always felt that expressions such as willpower, endurance, hard work, or persistence were meant to hide something much more fundamental. All people do is deceive us with those big words, and what is more, they continuously and unnecessarily keep us under stress. They try to make us believe that we can influence our lives with our conscious minds. No wonder, because this is a socially accepted misconception embraced by many without any criticism.

Reality, on the other hand, is something entirely different. The way our lives unfold is primarily decided by the information stored in our subconscious. We are governed by information, fears caused by stressful situations, failures, old memories, conditioned responses, and harmful images of the existence of which we are not even aware. The innumerable negative experiences that are encoded in our cells have developed in us certain reflexes and defensive mechanisms that instantly override our conscious decisions that we believe are firm but are actually rather feeble.

Why is that? Because those decisions are merely conscious, and that is frightfully insufficient to change our lives. The power of thinking is no longer sufficient here. Willpower is also insufficient, even harmful.

Your life’s circumstances are not brought about by your thoughts or your willpower.

Therefore, I suggest that you do not condemn yourself to pointless battles doomed to failure for the sole reason that somebody encouraged you to fight hard. Then again, we might draw a wonderful conclusion from all that. I am not going to urge you to fight; I am not asking you to have great willpower. In your current condition most likely you would not have any. I did not have any either. Fortunately, I discovered that the reason I did not have any was that there was no need for it.

I have tried just about everything to realize my goals. Sometimes I succeeded, and sometimes I did not. I had to conclude that many methods that promised help in changing our lives simply did not work, and not because we did anything wrong. It became clear to me that these self-development and motivational methods did not work because they were based on huge misconceptions. Their basic premises were erroneous. And since every statement and method within the system was based on those misconceptions, the final conclusions drawn from them could not be right either. The whole thing is nothing else than an attractively constructed, seemingly logical and doubtlessly unified, appealing system for the rational mind which, however, does not work at all, at least not in a way that would lead to effective and lasting results.

Once I have discovered these faults, it was relatively easy to point out the misconceptions hiding behind the statements. The overriding importance of some seemingly negligible details has become clear to me. Among them was the realization that if people wanted to change their lives and wanted to take control of their destiny, then under no circumstances must they ignore the role of their subconscious. In fact, one can achieve any real change only by taking into consideration the principles of the workings of the subconscious. Anything else is a futile attempt and experimentation by which one may achieve at most some temporary partial success.

Examining the question from the point of view of the subconscious, the answers came, one by one: what does not work, and why it does not work. Therefore, I began to apply certain techniques in such a way that they would not be based on erroneous but on accurate basic premises. Thus, in order to make these methods truly effective, I took into consideration the overwhelming effect of the subconscious on human life. And look, what a miracle: the methods proved to be effective. Thus, over many years, a system crystallized in my mind: with its help anybody could REALLY take control of his destiny and could realize in his life whatever he wanted.

The method I am going to present, then, is none other than a summary of the knowledge and personal experiences I acquired while I was finding my way through life. These experiences encompass a rather large area.

I gained a lot of experience while studying the oriental religions and philosophies, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Taoism. I developed a profound interest in yoga, natural healing, kinesiology, reflexology, and energy healing.

As a European, I was especially interested in Christianity and the teachings of Jesus. I was very interested in European philosophy, the works of Plato and Aristotle, then the era of the Enlightenment from German Idealism up to and including Existentialism. Among Hungarian thinkers, it was the works of the extraordinarily talented and educated philosopher and esthete, Béla Hamvas, that truly gripped me.

During my childhood I was mostly interested in astronomy and space exploration, and perhaps that was the source of my interest in technology. I am an architect, but even in this area I am mostly interested in the theoretical aspects of architecture as a language of art; the connection between man, nature, and the built environment, as well as the approach that regards a building not merely as a simple, functioning unit, but a model of the universe, summoning the powers that move the universe. Most likely it is for that reason that organic architecture is closest to me.

From there, it was but a short step to find links with issues of organic, sustainable development, the utilization of renewable energy, and environmental protection.

After becoming an entrepreneur, my theoretical and philosophical research took a back seat to some extent. However, I found at that time various books on successful business ventures starting with Napoleon Hill through Robert Kiyosaki, all the way to Donald Trump. Whatever I was dealing with, I was always interested in the unseen, the force that pulled the strings. I am still interested to learn about the universal laws, the energies that move the universe, on which, ultimately, our whole lives depend.

But if I had to single out one person in this wide-ranging list whose thoughts, theories, and most of all, practical guidance, made the biggest impression on me, then there is one person I must name. It is Alexander Loyd, the creator of the healing code system. By using the method he developed, outcomes may be attained that are crucial to achieving any kind of profound change in our lives. We may become capable of successfully and easily cleanse our subconscious mind of harmful habits and faulty beliefs caused by stress. This is the method that gave me effective knowledge to free myself of misconceptions that accumulated in my subconscious, so that all the other things I knew might coalesce into a unified whole. In this book I will refer several times to the achievements that were due to this method.

In addition, I think that José Silva’s mind-control method contains a great deal of practical, useful knowledge. In my experience, mind-control is indeed the technique that makes it possible to really communicate with the subconscious mind. However, the effectiveness of mind-control – as with anything else – depends to a large extent on the condition of the subconscious mind. If the subconscious mind is not in the proper condition, then communicating with it will be unsuccessful; in other words, in spite of our best efforts, no positive changes will be happening in our lives.

Therefore, I felt the need to connect the method of cleansing the subconscious mind of harmful images caused by stress with the method of communicating with the subconscious.

I did this by using a synthesis of knowledge and experiences gained over some thirty years in other areas, so that in the end a unified approach and factual knowledge took shape in a new system.

The end result, the method of subconscious mind control was convincing, which meant that I could describe it as a self-development technique that is simple, quick, effective, and really works; although it would be more truthful to say that concerning this self-development method there is more to the story: it is an approach that helps us find our way in the world, helps us better understand it, and helps us achieve genuine changes in our lives. As a result, the book contains theoretical as well as practical parts, especially by casting light on the contradictions in the motivational techniques that I myself had tried and applied. Thus, the book consists of four parts.

In the first part, we are going to examine, with the help of some examples, the errors the commonly used motivational and self-development techniques are based on, and why are they not effective.

In the second part, we will get to know some theoretical fundamentals by which we will turn the world upside down. Here, I will show that we can only achieve the desired growth and change in our external circumstances if we begin the transformation, the change, starting from our subconscious.

In the third part, after a brief summary, I am going to present the practical application of the subconscious mind control technique. I am confident that by using this method, you also will be able to realize a genuine, lasting, and profound change in your life.

And in the fourth part we will discuss the consequences of the subconscious mind control approach in the material world, in the world of money: how you can look at the world of money in a different way, and how you can relate in another way to the external material world after you have been freed from the programming based on fear that had dominated your subconscious mind.

I am not going to burden you with stereotyped motivational slogans in the book. It also follows – as I already mentioned – that I am not going to urge you to make all kinds of effort, not going to ask you to fight hard, and tell you that then you will reach your goal. If you now think that the reason I am not doing this is that perhaps such advice is also based on error, then you are right. The methods that used to be considered suitable are not applicable to your subconscious.

Rest assured also that I am not going to use clichés. I am not going to bore you with expressions used ad nauseam elsewhere, i.e., that hard work pays off in the end, perseverance is the key to success, be prepared to take advantage of opportunities, and everybody can be successful provided they are willing to pay the price, etc. These common, meaningless statements will be of no use to you anyway.

If I had to sum up in one sentence one of my book’s important basic concept and message, it would read as follows:

Truly great human accomplishments are the result not of huge efforts, but of the stress-free creative skills of the subconscious.

Your success will not depend on the magnitude of your efforts, either. You may suspect what the difference is between effort and creating with the help of your subconscious, but I am going to explain in more detail later what I exactly mean by these terms. Most likely, my explanation will be a bit different from what you would have expected. At the outset, may it suffice to say that we are going to draw remarkable conclusions from the statement above.

Another crucial point of the method the book deals with reads as follows:

Your life is shaped by your subconscious; you cannot influence it by conscious decisions, and your thoughts are capable to affect you subconscious only under certain conditions.

Which means that in order to transform yourself, first you have to transform your subconscious. However, you know nothing about the information stored in your subconscious; you do not remember the memories held there, which is precisely what makes them subconscious.

So the task that you have to carry out for the sake of your personal development and inner EFFECTIVE change is by no means easy, because you have no idea that there is something inside you that controls you from the inside, that there is a place inside you where your decisions are generated without your being aware of its existence at all.

It is pretty unnerving to think that a significant part of your own decisions and your reactions to the events of the outside world is generated in such a way that you know nothing about its background. You are informed only of the final outcome. You reacted to something somehow, but you cannot even surmise why you reacted in the way you did.

What, then, can we do in such a situation? We are going to apply a composite yet simple method whereby this seemingly unsolvable task will become solvable.

This method is based on the deletion of harmful images that have accumulated in the subconscious over the years through chronic stress, and subsequently on the effective control and direction of the subconscious.

In order to be able to take these two steps, a great many things will have to be re-evaluated. Having said that, the newly learned technique will have to be applied very systematically to make it effective and the described sequence will have to be followed. This will need a lot of patience and wisdom but I can assure you that you can count on an abundance of successful experiences which will then continuously inspire you.

There is great emphasis on successful experiences, because one cannot use punishment, discipline, and force to motivate children, let alone adults. Therefore, you should not try to discipline yourself, and do not try to force anything, because you will stifle the renascent power within yourself. And what you will need no is to stop the effects that block your energy. Controlling the subconscious will help you in this endeavor.

It is very important to know that according to the method of subconscious control, to merely change your thoughts will not effect changes in the subconscious. I maintain that it is erroneous to state that if we replace a thought with another, and then continuously concentrate on it, we will be able to reprogram our subconscious. This is perhaps one of the biggest errors.

At the same time, it is obvious that – along with many others – it will not be easy to change this myth.

To demonstrate how differently we will have related to heretofore accustomed methods, let me give you a preliminary summary in a sentence.

To know something consciously is too little, willing it is a mistake, forcing it leads to failure, setting and tracking an external target is a dead end.

Here, at the beginning of the book, this sentence is most likely not only surprising but almost unacceptable, based on what you know so far. That is not accidental, and there is nothing wrong with it. You are not the only one. If by the end of the book your opinion changes, I will have achieved my purpose. So, more about this sentence later.

However, there is something more important than any theoretical questions, namely that you will be truly able to gradually dissolve the impediments in your subconscious, and thus you can CLEANSE yourself from their energy-blocking effect. And afterwards, starting with a clean slate, you will be able to effectively CONTROL what kind of information should get into your subconscious mind. As a result, your inner functioning will be synchronized with your conscious intentions, and you will finally have a chance to change substantively. Then you will become aware of your final inner goals. Only then can the changes occur in your life that you always wanted to realize, but you never succeeded because over and over again, you found yourself back where you started.

You will discover that after deleting the harmful images caused by stress and deleting the inner impediments you will arrive at none other than a life without fear, true freedom. The freedom – the free flow of energy within you – will have a liberating effect on you, contrary to limitations, discipline, and the coercion of willpower. In this way you will be able to influence your subconscious with you LIBERATED, infinite inner energy, and use it to direct the course of your life. Do not forget that it is not the external circumstances that determine which way you are going, but your inner self. You should take this seriously. You can only control from the inside.

Béla Hamvas, one of the greatest Hungarian thinkers of the 20th century, expressed the same idea this way:

Things do not start outside, but inside, and not down below, but on the top, and not where it can be seen, but where it cannot.

If you wish to influence your life only from the outside, then in spite of your greatest efforts you will be drifting along with future events, which cannot be called controlling with the best intentions. However, controlling from the inside comes with certain conditions. What exactly are those conditions that once you create them you can indeed take control of your own destiny?

This is what this book is about.

    Part I.

    Chapter 1

    The mysterious expression

There is an expression that I am going to mention in this book only once, you are going to see it only once, and never again will you read about it here. Certainly this expression is very current; it is referred to in countless places. If you would like to change something about your life, or you are looking for the key to good health, wealth, or success, you may also run into it over and over again.

Under the auspices of this expression, you will be given one piece of advice after another, padded with seemingly incredibly wise thoughts. The claim is that if you subscribe to the essence of its matter, then you will be able to significantly transform your personality. They urge you to live by this expression, and if you do, your circumstances will change radically; success, wealth, and good health will ensue. You will smile at everybody, and everybody will smile back at you. If up till now dark clouds have been looming over your life’s horizon, then those will now disappear, there will be light, satisfaction, and love all around you.

So many good things are said about this expression that we feel a truly irresistible desire to make use of it, to live and behave accordingly, to focus on it every second, in order to then receive those many good, pleasant, and valuable things that have been promised. As a result, many people try it. They take it seriously. They read up on it, immerse themselves in the topic, attend lectures about it, and participate in training sessions. Then they read about it some more, and base more and more of their lives on this expression. They talk about it enthusiastically and urge everybody to follow their example. They do this with the most noble of intentions and with the conviction that they are truly helping themselves and also others in this way. Meanwhile, a whole industry was built on this expression.

Hundreds, nay, thousands of books are published each year about this topic, and there is no end in sight.

In the hope of a better life people are searching for solutions, and when they hit upon this expression they feel they have found what they were looking for. It seems to them that this will be their start on the road of development; this is what can help them take control of their lives. At last, everything will be better. They will see success, wealth, and good health, self-fulfillment, financial security, leisure time… everything. And then something happens. Things do not turn out as well as those methods have promised. Somehow nothing happens as planned and as they would really have liked it. And yet they did everything as prescribed. They did everything as it was suggested, and yet nothing turned out satisfactorily for them.

What is this mysterious expression from which we expect so much, and yet from which we do not get what we expected? What is this expression that encourages us to expect miracles, and in the end, we get practically nothing? When I write down this expression for the first and the last time in this book, perhaps you will be surprised and will immediately start arguing with me. I am ready! Go ahead, list your arguments and let us debate them, but first read the book from cover to cover, and only then argue for what you believe to be the truth. While you are reading what I have written, try to treat it objectively, and only form an opinion after you have finished reading the book.

I know this will not be easy; in fact, I know that you will not be able to do so. You will recognize yourself countless times, but your first reaction will be to protest. You will immediately want to prove the opposite of my statements. In the end that is a good sign. The stronger you protest, the more things you will find in the end that you did not think about correctly up to now.

However, there will be some people who will react to what they read in exactly the opposite way. There will be somebody who will say wow, that is exactly it, he has thought the same thing; till now he always had a feeling that something was missing, but now he feels that this is exactly what was missing till now.

Then they exclaim: So that was the reason I did not succeed either! I finally found out! Whichever group you belong to, I think if your goal is to change your life, then you can find useful information and a really working method in this book.

What is this mysterious expression, then, that though you have used it with the best of intentions, have kept all the advice in connection with it, and have done everything the way it was suggested, simply does not work? What is it that makes you attend lecture after lecture, read book after book, practice at training sessions, but in the end, you have to say enough is enough. You have the feeling that you have reached a dead-end. You would like to improve yourself, you are hoping for results, for changes, and you are also applying the gained knowledge, but essentially nothing is changing. I am not a mind-reader, but most likely when you get to that point, two thoughts are chasing each other in your head. One of them is that you have already tried everything, but you are convinced now that the whole thing does not work, therefore you would rather stop trying. This is the worse road to take. In the other case you may think that the problem is certainly with you, you are doing something not in the way it should be done, therefore you read another book, or attend another lecture, and would rather keep trying. However, dramatic change and success continue to avoid you.

I can tell you that the problem is not with you. The problem is with this particular expression, to be more precise, not with the expression itself but with the method that is characterized by this expression. Even though a whole industry was built on this expression, even though you are trying one method after the other for the purpose of self-development, the result will almost always the be same; only transitory, temporary mood improvement at best, so in effect, nothing.

I cannot say that I have said too much good about this expression wrapped in mystery so far, but that is not my fault. I hope that by the end of the book you will also find it justified that I was so critical about this issue. Thus, I will not delay it any longer; let us present the two words that, by the way, follow like a ghost every person looking for inner development ever since the publication of Napoleon Hill’s book entitled Think and Get Rich! These two words are none other than positive thinking. This is the expression that you will have seen here for the first time, and also for the last time. I have a good reason for that.

Although even today many people still consider Napoleon Hill’s book to be of great importance, many of his statements were already incorrect at the time he wrote the book. Since that time, so many misconceptions, useless methods and practices have been developed in connection with this expression that the whole system has to be dismantled, and subsequently entirely new foundations have to be laid down. And upon these new foundations, a totally new system has to be built. This new system will look remarkably similar to the old one, and yet it will be entirely different. In its external appearance it may be similar, but in terms of substance the two systems will be like heaven and earth.

And its effectiveness will speak for itself. Let us look at them one by one.

    Chapter 2

    Those special childhood years

Do you still remember your childhood years? How carefree you were then; how enthusiastic you could be about everything; you could still play with total abandon. And how many, many times it happened that you did not want to go to bed because you were just so caught up in the activity you were momentarily engaged in? When your parents finally managed to put you to bed, you could hardly wait for the next day, so you could continue playing. You were full of curiosity, vitality, and were interested in everything. Every day you had a new idea that you wanted to carry out, and immediately. You imagined what you were going to be when you grew up, and the sky was the limit. Your imagination knew no boundaries. You had a vivid picture of yourself as a successful, carefree, and joyful adult. You never doubted for a second that what you imagined would come true exactly the as you imagined, and nobody could stop you. That possibility never even occurred to you.

If you recognize yourself, do not be surprised. That is the way
