Peace of MInd - Reah Gooh
Truth transforms pain into a source of joy with hope in despair, and grows the soul like a wild chrysanthemum that blooms in a pile of garbage after fighting and struggling with others.

DAILY life and truth
We are happy and sad. Constantly, we experience various emotions and thoughts. Some emotions and thoughts have been in the midst of my mind for decades as if they were the master. My mind is not free from being bound like a slave. Do you think you are free? By the way, why is your mind not free?
§ Sadness §
What is sadness? What made us sad? Our mind is a vast ocean or universe. Sadness is a small wave that has risen briefly in the sea. It's just a small movement in a vast universe. It will disappear soon. If sadness arises, keep watching. The pain comes from deep inside. Feel the pain still. If you feel longing, still miss it. Do not try to calm the wave. Don't try to stop the waves. Sometimes it is like a storm. It will hurt you. Do not reject them.
I am not a wave and a storm. My mind is the sea and the universe. Look at the tiny movements in my mind. Stay still.
§ Joy §
Joy is also a small wave that rises in the vast sea. Even those small waves are part of the ocean. It's part of my heart. When you're happy, don't make your whole heart happy. Joy is just a momentary movement of a tiny part of the vast ocean. Even when you're happy, stay still. Even when you are happy, you must not forget that my true heart is not a wave, but a sea and a universe. Loneliness, joy, anger, comfort, and longing are all waves. It is not the sea. It is not my whole mind.
Do not forget that I am the master of the universe. Please do not overreact to the dusty joys and sorrows that have arisen in front of my eyes. That doesn't mean you should ignore the dust. Mote does not exist outside the truth. Such mote-like joys and sorrows are also present in the truth.
§ Conflict §
How is the conflict created? The situations in front of me create emotions that are good or bad for me. These feelings create a conflict situation. However, feelings of good or bad are just a wave in my mind. Realizing the truth is recognizing that my true heart has a vast scale and character like the sea.
The sea accommodates all the rivers of the world. This does not mean, however, that you have to endure all the annoying things. It means that you can ignore the emotions that happened for a while. If you can't ignore it, just stare. Ah! There was a small wave at the corner of my sea! The moment I cling to the wave, the big I like the sea disappears and I shrink like a cup of water. And those feelings and thoughts swallow me. Are you the sea or a cup of water?
§ Despair §
There are people who are struggling with unemployment, fallout, physical and mental illness, disability, addiction, broken heart, and poverty. Even for those who are faced with such a great ordeal, the journey of finding the truth will certainly help them. Even if such an ordeal is a storm that seems to overturn the sea, we must always forget that it is only a slight movement compared to my true mind. Therefore, there is nothing that can truly defeat me in this world. As my true mind is the whole universe itself and the whole ocean itself, there is nothing that can make the universe or the ocean disappear. In fact, my true mind is greater and more expansive than the whole universe or the whole ocean. Don't fall under the storm that once happened. You are not like
