******************Surrendering******************
Have you ever fought until you were beyond tired – done for? Some fights you will lose. Some fights are rigged. Some fights should not be fought. At this point, the best thing to do is to SURRENDER!
**********************************************
Fall Down Upon, Him
46035.pngOh where, where… Where has my help gone?
Someone, anyone what is wrong?
I pick up the phone, no one is there.
I race to the door only to see the leaves being tossed in the air.
With a big sigh, I embrace myself.
Turn and walk away as sorrow invades my soul.
Ice cream, chips and soda becomes my newfound friends.
After much discomfort and glutton ness,
reality returns with an empty end.
Oh where, where… Where has my help gone?
Someone, anyone what is wrong?
As days pass on one by one,
I daze into space thinking something has to be done.
Shopping, recreation, hobbies of all sorts,
Just did not give me that longing support.
Lying in my bed flat on my back,
Mind racing a hundred to nothing just can’t get on one track.
Oh where, where… Where has my help gone?
Someone, anyone what is wrong?
With total confusion and disarray,
It comes more difficult to hold back the tears
that I consumed in my Soul ALL day!
As the tears begins to fill my pillowcase,
A thought: With you I will run this race!
Filled with emptiness and hopelessness,
I could not see any victory in this mess.
Oh where, where… Where has my help gone?
Someone, anyone what is wrong?
Softly a voice:
Come, my child. For you have suffered enough, I am with you.
No more will you endure loneliness when made anew.
Let go, let go, just let go!
No, I can’t, I can’t, NO!
Just let go, let go for I am with thee!
Okay, I will, I will here I come, see!
Falling, falling my face finds the floor.
No, there was no pain anymore.
With the room a still dim,
In falling, fall down upon Him!
In this miraculous discovery, no more did
I wonder or look for my help.
He was with me and ready to carry me.
I just needed to FALL DOWN UPON HIM!
Gentle As A Dove, Piercing As A Spear
46035.pngAs calm graced my face,
It had not yet been revealed to me what had entered into my Place.
Gentle as dove, piercing as a spear,
Was this sweet soft melody in my ear.
What could this be? For this feeling I have never known.
Puzzled, but delighted there I stood still in time, alone.
Relax my child, just be still,
It is I, the holy spirit, who you feel.
Oh, gentle spirit, please answer this one thing?
Reveal it, for I know not what is happening!
I have come to lead you to the Father,
For God loves you, you are His daughter.
Are you sure? How could this be?
I did not even imagine being worthy.
No more of that, we have watched your tears drop day after
