About this ebook

Reed Summers is the young billionaire who never fails. He gets what he wants in the bedroom and in business, no matter what it is or what it costs him. Unfortunately, a recent merger means a new challenge; keeping the type of investors happy he is not used to, the kind that may be unhappy with his schemes and women. He has to find a weakness and exploit it. That is what brings him face to face with Marylin Vanausten, his next business venture and precious step-daughter of one of the most influential investors in this new company. If he appears to win her heart, then he will win her father as well. Only, what happens when the lines of business and pleasure begin to blur?

    Reed

Reed Summers was sitting in his office, looking out over the city. There were few cities with the skyline appeal of Cincinnati. He didn't care what others said or compared it to. This skyline was so breathtaking that New York took a page out of the Ohio book when making the Brooklyn Bridge. And at night, looking down from his apartment, his loft, that was an even better view. He couldn't imagine doing business anywhere else.

As a little morning rain came down, he watched the ripples it made in the water, at peace. That was one of the many benefits of being a billionaire; he could relax in the office, sometimes.

That all came crashing down as a knock on the door led to his assistant bursting in; a man named Tag Alsten. Reed looked him over in annoyance, not just at the fact that he came in without much of a warning, but also because after so many years of working alongside Reed, Tag had not picked up any fashion sense. he even still wore a large pair of black glasses instead of getting contacts that would highlight his green eyes. But Reed would never deny the man's loyalty. he had been there through thick and thing.
