Hello, I'm Connor Whiteley, I am an 18-year-old who loves to write creatively, and I wrote my Brownsea trilogy when I was 14 years old after I went to Brownsea Island on a scout camp. At the camp, I started to think about how all the broken tiles and pottery got there and somehow a trilogy got created. Moreover, I love writing fantasy and sci-fi novels because you’re only limited by your imagination. In addition, I'm was an Explorer Scout and I love camping, sailing and other outdoor activities as well as cooking.Furthermore, I do quite a bit of charity work as well. For example: in early 2018 I was a part of a youth panel which was involved in creating a report with research to try and get government funding for organised youth groups and through this panel. I was invited to Prince Charles’ 70th birthday party and how some of us got in the royal photograph. Finally, I am going to university and I hope to get my doctorate in clinical psychology in a few years.

Time Management - Connor Whiteley
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
Thank you to all my readers for their continued support, without you I couldn’t do what I love.
introduction:
TIME MANAGEMENT- WHAT is it is?
Why is it important?
But most importantly how do I have good time management?
All these important questions will be the focus of this book and I’ll answer the first two questions right now for you.
What is time management?
Time management rather unhelpfully means, how do you manage your time or how do you divide up your time between your tasks?
I will definitely admit that both of those definitions are true but useless to people.
As a result of we are all quite intelligent enough to work this out for ourselves so I think the question is what is effective time management.
This question refers to the slightly different as well as much more helpful definition of you manage your time well, so you can complete their tasks that you desire.
At least this is my personal definition of it.
Why is time management important?
I believe that the true question is When isn't it important as time management is needed in all aspects of your life.
For example:
At work- whilst this is a typical example it is no less true because if you lack good time management at work then you are likely to fall behind and drown in your workload. Leading to an unhappy boss and possibly a lack of career progression and in the most extreme cases a possible dismissal.
At school- this is similar to the top reason, but it differs slightly as having a lack of good time management could potentially have worse consequence as it could cause you to rush schoolwork or miss deadlines meaning possible lower grades as well as possibly decreasing your chances of going onto post-16 education, higher education or getting a good job.
Especially as good grades are associated with better time management and other needed skills that employers are looking for.
Personal life- this is a bit of a surprising aspect of life were having good time management might be helpful because if you lack god time management in your personal life. Then you risk missing social appointment being late and possibly disappointing others and being disapproved of by others.
Who is this book for?
That is an excellent question. This book is for anyone who wants to improve their time management skills but I will be focusing on students, employees and employers.
As at the end of each chapter, I will explain how each method of improvement will help each of these three groups of people.
In summary, in this brief introduction I have quickly shown 3 areas of life were having good time management is important but
