CHAPTER ONE

The Problem at Hand

‘One child dies in the West and the whole world stands still but thousands of children die in the East and no one gives a damn.’

In order to solve global issues and start a process of peace and tranquility, we must at least level the playing field. I think the current approach undoubtedly will only fuel revenge attacks and further killings. The current system of the day disregards the lives of those

regarded as the poor, the uneducated and the undeveloped. Thousands die and no one gives a damn but if one is killed of those regarded as the developed there are revenge attacks by all government parameters of all the developed nations making it their career to bring pain and suffering on the culprits. This only fuel further attacks creating a vicious cycle where some members of those regarded as the underdeveloped will resort to other revengeful attacks. The rise of terrorists as far as I am concerned. I think this is the clear-cut situation but what about the killings of thousands and then label all of these as collateral damages? War is bad no matter what the justifications are simply because wars kill more women and children than any other group of people. There are so many reasons and justifications for wars. I want to explain our stance on wars as Tomorrow’s World Order. I know this is a controversial subject with people for and against wars from both sides. Everyone has their own reasons which they justify and defend with everything they have. But I have noticed that no matter what there is a clear divide from those for and those against wars. Our research has shown that the West favor wars whilst the East is against wars but nevertheless prefer wars against each other. I must stress here that everyone engages in wars but there is a difference in the wars and approaches to these wars. The West’s approach is goal centered.

They have a goal and they must achieve that, and it doesn't matter who dies. The goal is the center or focus of planning, implementation and the results. This is a goal-driven approach. Success is measured in terms of achieving this goal. All resources are issued with the aim to realize this goal. All soldiers are advised of the main goal and they have specific orders to put these in place so that the goal is achieved. Whatever happens, is related to realizing this goal. In most cases the goals are to liberate a nation or topple a dictator even if that means killing more women and children than the dictator killed himself. This is the main approach and stance taken by the West. It’s not a surprise their wars leaves thousands of women and children dead with not even a single soul brought to justice for all those who died. The West views the deaths as collateral or unavoidable. It doesn't matter who dies and how they die if the goal is achieved, and the dictator toppled everything within the legal war framework. I think by now you can realize how we as Tomorrow’s World Order we are very critical of the West in this regard. In the main book; Tomorrow’s World Order, I have gone to lengths to explain the value of life and how the lives of these defenseless members of society are more important to us than any goals. We are against anyone who trades the lives of women and children cheaply. To us, Tomorrow’s World Order, there is no justification for killing even a single child or woman. This is the main reason why we as Tomorrow’s World Order have banned wars.

The West’s Approach to Wars.

Zero Casualty Approach.

We are not against wars per see, no but we normally have a litmus test when it comes to wars. We always ask and allow wars only if there is a zero-casualty rate, something that is impossible. It’s like asking for an alive person without oxygen, or a live heart without any drop of blood. It’s just practically impossible as good as never existing so in that light it is in everyone’s best interest to ban wars outright. Some nations benefit a lot from military action or this was the case in the past but in all cases, the heavy losses of lives are something we are against. This is a new line of thinking. In the past the emphasis was on reducing casualties etc. but our approach is for a Zero-Casualty Approach. No soul of a child or woman shall be lost or destroyed in the name of a dictator or for national security for that matter. Our approach is simple and fair. If you can start a war that will never get a child and or a woman killed, then go ahead. But let’s be realistic how often that is achievable. So, in short, we stand strong against the West in this regard. To us wars are banned. Again, I must reiterate here that we are not against liberating nations or toppling evil dictators we will do the same. Our concerns are with the methods used. To us, it does not make sense to kill thousands to topple a dictator. I think this is a stupid, outdated and a cruel method.

First, we value our boys and girls-in the soldiers and assassins to sacrifice them that cheaply. I have argued in my main book that the military must be like any other profession where the soldiers expect to enjoy a pension just like everyone else. In that regard, I have proposed to train all soldiers to levels of assassins who are lethal enough to take out the dictator alone. I find it very disturbing that thousands of innocent people must die first or with the dictator. These dictators are very clever in that they create situations where a lot of innocent pure lives have to die first or die with them making them look like heroes something I think the West never understood or chose to avoid and ignore this ending up killing as many innocent people as the dictator they are trying to topple. This is so because there is no effective law and order to deal with invasions, wars and war crimes.

Consequences of a Lack of an Effective Law and Order

I want you to understand why the current system is obsolete and unfair to the thousands of women and children out there the main reason why we as Tomorrow’s World Order has arisen. First for you to understand this, visualize or picture the following scenario. Imagine you are watching the clip for real. The bank is empty in that no customers are inside only the cashiers and tellers. A man was about to walk inside but the moment he realized that there were no customers inside, he instantly stopped and walked away before going back to a car packed some distance from the bank. Now inside the car, he hit the steering wheel and looked very agitated as he looked around the bank. He looked very pissed off only until he noticed a few customers going inside the bank. Among them a young woman and a boy. He smiled and softly whispered to himself.

‘Showtime.’

Instantly he gets out and walked fast to the bank wearing a balaclava

moments before entering the bank. While inside he grabs the young woman by the throat and pointed a gun at the cashier.

‘Motherfuckers give me all the money before I shoot you in the face.’

The cashier activates the button but hands the money as well. Some people think the man is crazy simple because if the law enforcer is to arrive, he is dead meat. But for him, he is relaxed and doesn’t give a damn about anyone even after they have surrounded the bank. All he had to do is check if the boy and the woman are close to his body. He grabs the money and drags the woman and orders the boy to lead the way. Just making sure that his body is covered he walks out. Now all he must do is shout.

Stop motherfuckers or they are dead meat!!

Pointing a gun at the woman and then interchangeably at the boy. Here you can see clearly why the robber is not afraid of the law enforcers of being shot all he has to do is make sure that the woman and boy are covering his body in that any shots will have to hit these first. This is the tricky part. The robber is basing this on the fact that his life is not valued more than the lives of the woman and the boy. It would be stupid of the enforcers to try and take aim risking killing the woman and the boy. If the system is just and fair no enforcer will risk killing the woman or the boy or his life is on the line as well. The robber here has established that the life of the woman and the boy is much more valuable and any attempt or risking that life is a grave offense than what he has done.

The enforcer has a duty of care towards the innocent woman and boy and it would be reasonable to let the robber go than risk shooting them or provoking the robber to end up shooting these. In this case, the enforcers will have a huge burden and that can only be repaid with their lives. In the real world, this is the main
