In this book, I want to inspire you to let go of your past and all the hardship you may have endured. I want to urge you to accept yourself as you are: a person who is amazing, beautiful, and capable of moving mountains. I assure you that you are not alone. At times, I still suffer from the effects of my past decisions. Now that I am achieving my goals, I want to help people change their lives as I changed mine. Even if I help only one person, I will have made a worthwhile difference.

If you have tried manifestation and it didn’t work for you, trust me: you read the wrong books or were taught by the wrong teacher. You have to really open yourself up to the universe; let it know you are truly ready for change, and watch for any signs. Start practicing gratitude. Start feeling as though you are already living your best life. Do the small things that make you happy. Get a journal and write in it as though your dreams are already reality.
