At 29, Cathy decided that Jesus is the answer to life’s questions and began a journey of many positives and some negatives. By the grace of God, Cathy met Edwin in early 2004 and is now happily remarried. She hopes that what she has shared in her books will uplift and encourage others on the shared journey with Jesus.

    The Journey

    The still silence of the hillside was interrupted only by the occasional bleat of a sheep. We sat in the cold, crisp air, the stars bright in the velvet blackness of the sky. The day had been busy, the road to Bethlehem strewn with travelers all going to be enrolled in this city of David.

    Suddenly a shaft of light pierced the darkness. An angel stood before us and we were bathed in his light. My knees buckled. What could the Lord want with us? What had we done? Weak with fear, I fell to the ground in front of Him. His voice, as clear as the night, was strong and vibrant:
