    Within diverse free verse, Hollenbaugh begins by reflecting on the influence of Jesus in Christmas celebrations and exploring Christian beliefs. Included are five-line cinquains and other poems that follow the same inspirational theme while encouraging others to invite the Lord into their lives, shun Satan, practice gratitude with every sunrise, and love everyone despite our differences.

    Solace is a touching volume of poems inspired by biblical scripture that shares a Christian’s view of the divine and God’s influence on the world around her.
