About the Author
Introduction
It’s interesting reading quotations from famous – and sometimes not so famous – people. They have pithy things to say on many different topics. Quotations can give us interesting ways of looking at things or reflect what we already believe to be true but might not quite find the words for. You might want to repeat some of them to your friends to make yourself sound smart, or use some of them in your writing – duly attributed, of course. Some are profound, some are intriguing and some are silly.
This is a collection of 331 quotations from a variety of speakers, including the widely read person called Anon. They’re divided into 14 different categories, so you can pick your favourite topic or read them all.
