    Foreword

    No person is born without a purpose in life; every person’s life on earth is to be lived in the fullness of time granted by God. Neither is the birth of any person a surprise to God.

    This total purpose in life is dependent on and connected to various small and sometimes seemingly insignificant elements of a person’s life. (I shall begin to detail this dependency and connectedness later on in this Foreword.) It therefore stands to reason that a person’s whole life on earth was planned by God before the birth of the physical human being. This plan is so detailed, fulfilling and accurate that your yearning towards the things ordained for your journey of life never stops until your last day on earth. The energy driving your actions towards fulfilling this purpose is unquantifiable and only God can explain it. Looking back on my own life, I only now begin to comprehend the plan behind the individual things and situations that happened in a particular pattern to influence a particular direction and outcome.

    As you are growing up, there will be many people you will grow up to meet and learn a bit about. Many of these people will initially be in your family and as you grow up to enter the schooling system you start making your own friends. In the process of acquainting yourself with your immediate environment you also realise that you bump into strangers from time to time. You also notice that by now you can narrate stories of things and situations that have
